James T. Barker, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 21, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Leon Juan Carlos Barrios, 39, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 15, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Nicholas Blake, 20, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 20, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).

Troy D. Carnahan, 52, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 20, on two out of county warrants (no bond).

Joseph Antonio Collins, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 16, charged with selling methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule I or II opium or opium derivative controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; trafficking in 14 grams or more of amphetamine or methamphetamine, and possession of drug equipment ($150,000 bond).

Larry Colson, 49, of Gainsville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 18, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Norman Renay Gamble, 59, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, May 19, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).

Brian Douglas Groo, 39, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 21, charged with battery - a repeat offense, and kidnapping or false imprisonment of an adult (no bond).

Ryan Evan Hall, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 17, charged with child neglect without great bodily harm ($100,000 bond).

Terri Harris, 51, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 18, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court, with her bonds set at $5,000 and $10,000.

UPDATE:  Jai Ananda Henry, 43, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 18, charged with reckless driving, first offense; fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer in pursuit in a marked vehicle with activated lights and sirens, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($75,000 bond). The arrest report stated, about 11:19 pm, that a deputy on patrol at the Cedar Key RV Resort, located at 11980 SW Shiloh Rd. in Cedar Key, FL, observed a vehicle - without head lights or tail lights - traveling south on SW Shiloh Rd. The deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop. However, instead of stopping, the driver, later identified as Mr. Henry, continued traveling south and merged onto State Road 24, traveling west at speeds up to 75 mph, still without lights, failing to stay within his lane of travel, traveling into the westbound lane and oncoming traffic. Eventually, he left the roadway and traveled onto a vacant lot, located at 6950 SW Florida Hwy. 24, and the vehicle became stuck. Henry exited the vehicle and ran from deputies. He ran for about 150 yards before stopping and surrendering to deputies.

Travis Isiah Henry, 31, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 17, charged with two counts of selling methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug equipment, and one count of use of a two-way communication device to facilitate the commission of a felony ($49,000 bond).

Luis Enrique Hernandez Quintero, 25, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, May 20, charged with battery of an officer, firefighter or emergency medical services provider, etc.; and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($5,500 bond).

Christopher John Hunt, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 18, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).

Donald Jones, 51, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, May 18, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Adam Michael Logan, 32, of Micanopy, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 16, charged with probation violation (no bond). 

Don McElveen, 65, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 17, charged with battery, with his bond set at release on his own recogizance.

UPDATE:  Rodney Allen Morris, 40, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), May 17, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property in the amount of $1,000 or more, and grand theft of $10,000 or more but less than $20,000 ($60,000 bond). According to Morris' arrest report, on May 12, the victim reported the theft of a mobile saw mill, valued at $20,000, and $5,000 in damages to a fence on his property. The fence on the eastern side of the victim's property, located in the area of U.S. Hwy. 19 and Cason Blvd. in Inglis, had been cut and folded back, and the mobile saw had been removed from a pole barn located on the property. Deputies learned that Morris had posted a video on Facebook where he bragged about being in possession of a small engine that fit the make and model of the one reported stolen by the victim. Deputies met with Morris at a wooded lot on Marjorie St. in Inglis, where he described to deputies how he'd damaged the fence and taken the saw mill, sometime aound 2:00 am on May 12. He said he'd taken the saw mill to his residence, and when his landlord noticed the saw mill on his property on May 14, he'd kicked Morris off his property. Morris told deputies that he then took the saw mill and some personal belongings to Marjorie street, where he'd removed the blade from the engine and the engine from the frame, and when he returned to the property on May 13, the engine was gone. The report stated that deputies recovered the saw blade, only.

Malcom Lamar Nelson, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, May 15, charged with possession of a Schedule I or II opium or opium derivative with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug equipment ($67,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Aliyha Latrice Nichols, 34, of Williston, FL was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 21, on an out of county warrant, with a cash only bond of $1,970.

Jennifer Odmann, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 18, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court, with her bonds set at $250 and $5,000. She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($17,000 bond).

Cory James Pawnell, 30, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, May 20, charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older (no bond).

Leslee Powell Petty, 45, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, May 18, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Donald Todd Roberts, 48, of Perry, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, May 16, charged with driving while license suspemded, a repeat offense (no bond).
 
Jazmen Cordase Rogers, 34, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, May 17, charged with criminal mischief with damage to public property such as phone cables, fixtures or equipment, etc. ($10,000 bond).

UPDATE:  James Wesley Short, 49, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), May 18, charged with criminal mischief with property damages of $1,000 or more, unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure, and grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 ($65,000 bond). 
            Around 9:00 am on May 18, employees at Jesus Is! Ministries, located at 42 Daisy St. in Inglis, reported to LCSO deputies that a break in had occured sometime after the business had closed at 4:00 pm the previous day (May 17) and before the business had opened that morning (May 18). 
            At the front of the business was shattered glass from the broken front door; the replacement value of the door was listed at $2,500. A cinder block, partially wrapped in a brown shirt, was on the floor, just inside the front door, and bags of jewelry were scattered about on the ground. A lock had been cut from a shed on the property, but employees determined that nothing had been taken from the shed. Also not taken was $440 in cash that was located under the cash register.
            Employees estimated That approximately $400 in items had been taken. Missing items included men's clothing, soap, candles, shoes, purses, bags, and cleaning supplies. 
            At a Linda St residence, deputies found a bicycle that had a long knife and a pull-along basket attached to it that belonged to Mr. Short. Most of the items stolen from Jesus Is! Ministries were located inside a wagon on the property that was partially covered with a blue tarpaulin. 
            Mr. Short told deputies that people had given him the items. "Everyone gives to me, here and there," he said, according to his arrest report. Short later told a deputy that he'd picked up the items mear the bridge in Inglis. 
            The recovered items, valued at $800, were returned to the ministry. Employees at the ministry told the deputy, that when they'd walked around the store after the deputy had left, they'd realized than more items had been taken than they'd initially thought, and they said that other items were still missing, according to the report.

Marcquell Small, 20, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 16, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for court (no bond).

Jeremy Smith, 42, of Bradford, FL, was arrested on Dec. 28, 2022, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, May 17, 2023, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense; and possession of drug equipment (no bond).

Lee Edward Smith, 66, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 15, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and aggravated battery ($200,000 bond).

Mark Allen Stanley, 55, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 17, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).

Rosylin Renea Tomberlin, 30, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 18, charged with grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 ($5,000 bond).

Isiah Valentine, 26, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 18, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for court (no bond).

Alex Mauricio Vasquez-Oyuela, 33, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, May 18, charged with driving without a valid license, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Tori Elise Wallace, 24, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 19, charged with disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance ($1,000 bond) and probation violation ($1,000 bond).

Macquez Lorenzo Williams, 21, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 17, charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, with his combined bonds set at $65,000. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment, with his bonds set at none. He was also arrested on two out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $2,000 and $1,000.
