Joseph Ray Ainsworth, 28, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 8, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle, attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it, and driving while license suspended - A repeat offense ($7,000 bond).

Destiny Marie Bernhart, 20, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 7, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).

Sebastein Kiefer Alexander Boucard, 29, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, May 14, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Anthony Joe Burnham, 25, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 12, on two out of county warrants (no bond).

Javier R. Campos Tapia, 35, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 8, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Dustin Chavous, 21, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, May 10, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Brian Coquis, 40, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 14, charged with battery, and obstruction of justice by tampering in a third degree felony proceeding ($2,000 bond).

Robert Wayne Curts, 58, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 9, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Dennis Duane Delmain, 42, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 12, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).

UPDATE:  William Ray Dixon, 25, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), May 9, charged with battery, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and disorderly intoxication in a public place causing a disturbance, with his bonds set at release on his own recognizance. According to Dixon's arrest report, LCSO deputies arrived at his home due to the report of a domestic disturbance. The victim told deputies, that earlier in the day, she and a child had gone with Dixon to Blue Springs, where Dixon had splashed water in the child's face, calling the child a profane name. The victim had a red mark on her left wrist she told deputies had been caused by Dixon grabbing her wrist and holding it tightly. While deputies were at the residence speaking with Dixon, the report stated, Dixon, who smelled of alcohol, became aggressive, resisted arrest and deputies used a Taser electronic weapon to gain his compliance.

Kiara Brechaun Donaldson, 26, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, May 14, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property greater than $200 but less than $1,000, and trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance ($1,000 bond).

UPDATE:  Stanley Charles Eklund, 62, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 10, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($10,000 bond). According to Eklund's arrest report, a neighbor of Eklund told deputies, that three times that day, Eklund had come to her home complaining about their dog killing his cats and messing up his well. The neighbor said, that on Eklund's second trip to her home, her husband had given Eklund $60 to put toward having his well serviced. The victim's Ring home surveillance video showed Eklund being ordered to leave the victim's residence, and Eklund then pointing a gun at the victim, speaking to her in a profane manner. The neighbor said they'd had no previous problems with Eklund and very little contact with him. The report stated that Eklund denied having a firearm, in spite of the evidence on the video surveillance, that he was more concerned with his well and cats.

Heather Marie Fleming, 45, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).

Clayton Ray Fletcher, 37, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 9, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($25,000 bond). He was also charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).

Justin Wayne Fortner, 43, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 11, charged with failure to appear in court ($1,000 bond).

Lauren Elizabeth Frazier, 36, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 11, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Kevin Goldsby, Jr., 33, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, May 14, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender (no bond).

Anastasia E. Gonczarow, 27, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, charged with battery, and aggravated battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($15,000 bond).

Raichel Kirstyn Annette Griffin, 31, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, May 9, charged with driving while license suspended - second offense ($10,000 bond).

Krysta Michele Hall, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 14, charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment (no bond).

John Alton Jones, 52, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 8, on two out of county warrants (no bond).

Chacha Thretta Latson, 57, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 8, charged with possession of cocaine ($2,000 bond). She was also charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment, with her bonds set at release on her own recognizance.

Ruth Ester Lenz, 44, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 9, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Carolou Ann Lonic, 42, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 8, charged with battery ($7,500 bond).

UPDATE:  Travis Dawson McVey, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($15,000 bond). The arrest was the result of a traffic stop that was conducted in Inglis when a deputy observed McVey riding a dark bicycle, about 10:31 pm, traveling south in the northbound lanes of U.S. Hwy. 19. A K-9 made a positive alert on the presence of narcotics, and McVey was searched. McVey's arrest report stated that he was found to be in possession of two smoking pipes, a weight scale, methamphetamine and marijuana.

Brian Keith Pilkins, 43, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 14, charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and battery (no bond).

Frank Powers, 41, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 13, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).
