Charles Reginald Anderson, 47, of an unstated location of residence within Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 5, charged with simple assault of an officer, firefighter or emergency medical services provider, etc.; resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana ($18,500 bond).

Luke Andrews, 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, May 4, charged with culpable negligence by allowing a minor access to a weapon that could cause injury or death, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

UPDATE: Clifton Wayne Carroll, 52, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 7, charged with battery ($5,000 bond). According to the arrest report, several witnesses told a deputy, that at a weekly Saturday night gathering where attendees usually sing karaoke or play pool while ingesting alcohol, Carroll pushed a woman and then fired shots from a handgun into the ground. One witness stated that Carroll came close to accidentally shooting a person during the incident. Carroll told a deputy that he had not pushed anyone or fired a gun, and the noise came from fireworks, not gunfire. One of the witnesses told the deputy that Carroll had instructed her to tell deputies that fireworks were fired, rather than a gun, according to the report. However, several witnesses conflicted Carroll's account of the incident.

Cody James Cason, 19, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, May 4, on an out of county warrant ($500 bond).

Dayanayra Elizabeth Ciru Videa, 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, May 7, charged with first degree petit theft (no bond).

James Tarnellius Clemons, 49, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 3, charged with withholding support of child or spouse, with a cash only bond of $820.

Jayson Jaylin Cortez, 21, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 7, charged with petit theft first degree - $100 or more but less than $300 (no bond).

Amanda Renee Crutchfield, 36, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 6, charged with using or displaying a firearm during the commmission of a felony, trafficking in 4 or more grams but less than 30 kg of a controlled substance, trafficking in 14 or more grams of methamphetamine, and possession of drug equipment ($202,000 bond).

Brandon Trey Day, 23, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 3, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense (no bond).

Jeremy Dante Donald, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 4, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Samantha J. Gath, 36, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 30, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($1,000 bond).

Marco Gent, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, May 5, charged with trespassing ($2,000 bond).

Elex Adelmo Gomez Diaz, 25, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, May 4, on an out of county warrant, with a cash bond of $2,500. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, with a cash bond of $1,000.

Teresa Graham, 58, of an unstated location of residence within Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 7, charged with a sex offender violation - failing to report vacating her permanent residence (no bond).

Jason Harris, 27, of Arcadia, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, April 30, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Jenifer Elaine Johnson, 53, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 6, charged with battery, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

John Jordan, 60, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 5, charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious behavior by promoting the sexual activity of a victim under the age of 16, and lewd or lascivious behavior with a victim between the ages of 12 and 16 ($800,000 bond).
