UPDATE: Robert Archer Panholzer, 52, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), April 24, charged with battery ($10,000 bond). According to the arrest report, a third party contacted the LCSO to report a domestic disturbance, and a deputy arrived at Mr. Panholzer's residence at 3:32 am. According to Mr. Panholzer and the other person involved in the altercation, the two began arguing around 1:30 pm, April 23, and both stated, that at one point, Mr. Panholzer grabbed with victim's neck. The deputy observed no red marks on the victim's neck, but the report stated that the physical part of the altercstion had occurred about 12 hours previously.

UPDATE: Robin Rae Surber, 47, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, charged with battery, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance. The arrest report stated that a deputy arrived at an Inglis property in the 9800 block of Highway 40 West due to an "ongoing civil issue," and Ms. Surber complained that another person - later determined to be the victim, had locked her inside a shed on the property. The deputy reported that the shed was not locked, and she did not see a way that the shed could be locked. Ms. Surber then told the deputy that she was afraid of the other person, and she'd locked herself inside the shed using the interior lock. The other person told the deputy, that earlier in the morning, Ms. Surber had hit him with a dog carrier full of spray paint cans, which had left a cut on his arm. A witness to the incident corroborated the account of the victim.

Jason Wayne Tice, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($50,000 bond). He was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($50,000 bond).
Jarret Andrew Widner, 33, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 26, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($10,000 bond). He was also arrested on five out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $5,000, none, $5,000, $100,000, and $150,000.
