Allie Lynn Clark-Johnson, 28, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 28, charged with failure to appear in court (no bond).

Teressa Annette Dye, 63, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 29, charged with battery, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Danieal Nichole Ellis, 35, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, on two out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $5,000 and $100,000.

Delania Evans, 43, of Micanopy, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, April 26, charged with petit theft from a merchant - second offense, petit theft from a merchant - third offense, possession of methaqualone or a methaqualone derivative (a Schedule I controlled substance) and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams ($75,000 bond).

Juan Cano Figueroa, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, April 25, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($2,000 bond).

Heather Marie Fleming, 45, of Trenton, FL was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 30, charged with battery (no bond).

Kenneth Robert Glidewell, 49, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, charged with non support of children or spouse, with a cash only bond of $3,000.

Thomas John Gross, Jr., 34, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($27,500 bond).

Otis Randolph Johnson, 45, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 27, charged with three counts of failure to appear in court, with his bonds set at $10,000, $20,000 and $40,000. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($40,000 bond).

Michael D. Kulesza, 39, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, April 29, charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability ($30,000 bond).

Willis Lubin, 25, of an unstated location of residence in Florida, was arrested by an unspecified agency, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for court.

Aaron James McRae, 18, of Gainsville, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, April 29, charged with reckless driving (first offense), driving while license suspended (first offense), possession of liquor by a person under the age of 21 (first offense), and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, with his bonds set at release on his own recognizance.

Rory Jay Mercer, 58, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, on two out of county warrants (no bond).

Victoria Muro, 28, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, April 21, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, April 27, charged with probation violation (no bond).

UPDATE: Robert Archer Panholzer, 52, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), April 24, charged with battery ($10,000 bond). According to the arrest report, a third party contacted the LCSO to report a domestic disturbance, and a deputy arrived at Mr. Panholzer's residence at 3:32 am. According to Mr. Panholzer and the other person involved in the altercation, the two began arguing around 1:30 pm, April 23, and both stated, that at one point, Mr. Panholzer grabbed with victim's neck. The deputy observed no red marks on the victim's neck, but the report stated that the physical part of the altercstion had occurred about 12 hours previously.

Dasia Alexandra Anne Porrini, 19, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Depatment, April 24, charged with trespassing, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Jose Luis Rodriguez, 23, of Orlando, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, April 29, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Kieoshionna Ash Monique Sesler, 23, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, April 25, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Hamp Raymond-Jose Shelton, 44, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 29, charged with withholding support of children or spouse (with a cash only bond of $2,370) and failure to appear in court (with a surety or cash bond of $2,000).

Venessa Simmons, 42, of Gainseville, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, April 26, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, possession of methaqualone or a methaqualone derivative (Schedule I controlled substance), possession of cocaine, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams ($60,000 bond).

Jane Rachele Smith, 59, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, April 24, charged with trespassing, and second degree petit theft - first offense ($1,000 bond)

Brandon Allen Spradlin, 24, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 28, charged with battery, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

UPDATE: Robin Rae Surber, 47, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, charged with battery, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance. The arrest report stated that a deputy arrived at an Inglis property in the 9800 block of Highway 40 West due to an "ongoing civil issue," and Ms. Surber complained that another person - later determined to be the victim, had locked her inside a shed on the property. The deputy reported that the shed was not locked, and she did not see a way that the shed could be locked. Ms. Surber then told the deputy that she was afraid of the other person, and she'd locked herself inside the shed using the interior lock. The other person told the deputy, that earlier in the morning, Ms. Surber had hit him with a dog carrier full of spray paint cans, which had left a cut on his arm. A witness to the incident corroborated the account of the victim.

Joshua Thrombley, 38, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 30, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($2,500 bond).

Jason Wayne Tice, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 24, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($50,000 bond). He was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($50,000 bond).

Jarret Andrew Widner, 33, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, April 26, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($10,000 bond). He was also arrested on five out of county warrants, with his bonds set at $5,000, none, $5,000, $100,000, and $150,000.
