UPDATED:  Danielle Martha Adams, 33, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 23, charged with simple assault of a person 65 years of age or older ($1,000 bond). According to her arrest report, Adams went to the victim's workplace and raised her fist to the victim, which was witnessed by three other people, two of which stated that Adams gritted her teeth while holding up her fist, although no verbal threat was made. Adams told a deputy that she was upset because one of the witnesses had taken her phone to the victim's workplace, leaving her without access to the internet.

James Gilbert Bayliss, 56, of Fort Myers, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 23, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($5,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Gina Bunting, 25, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 26, charged with battery (no bond). The report stated that two men got into a fight, along with Bunting and another woman, March 25, and three people were arrested. The report stated that Bunting had an abasion to her left knee and bruising to her back and one arm, she said she received when the other woman pushed her down the steps. The report stated that the other woman had a black eye.

Brandon Michael Cardwell, 32, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 21, charged with assault with intent to commit a felony, and domestic battery by strangulation ($100,000 bond).

Rebecca Carter, 29, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, March 23, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for court (no bond).

Joseph Matthew Davis, 44, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, March 24, charged with lewd and lascivious behavior toward a victim between the ages of 12 and 16, lewd and lascivious conduct, and lewd and lascivious behavior toward a victim less than 16 years of age ($200,000 bond).

Alexander Johann Sargent Dorn, 18, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 23, charged with battery ($500 bond).

Joseph Bruce Ducolon, 55, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 22, charged with failure to appear in court ($10,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Paul Duff, 39, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 26, charged with battery (no bond). The arrest report stated that Duff is accused of getting into an altercation with another on March 25, and he admitted to a deputy that he'd thrown the first punch, hitting the man's right eye while they were in the yard. The victim was evaluated by EMS, and it was determined that his wound needed no suturing.

Curtis C. Ellis, 52, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 22, charged with two counts of battery, with his bonds set at $2,000 and $10,000.

Anastasia E. Gonczarow, 27, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 21, charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($10,000 bond).

Justin Michael Harper, 33, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 24, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau 
for another agency (no bond).

Adonis Shykim Harris, 21, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, March 25, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($5,000 bond).

Ashley Ann Hilburn, 42, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 21, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Rayford Delton Holder, 36, of Mayo, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 22, charged with assault of an officer, firefighter, or emergency medical services provider, etc.; resisting an officer with violence, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($40,000 bond).

UPDATED:  James David Jamison, 79, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 22, charged with battery, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. Jamison is accused of spraying a man and his dog with WD-40 spray at the Inglis Spillway, while the man was fishing with his dog beside him. A witness corroborated the victim's account of the incident. The arrest report stated that Jamison, who stated he was using a three feet-long cut-off shovel handle to navigate rocks and club catfish, also told the deputy that he thought the victim was a person he'd had an issue with, several nights previously, and he was also afraid of the dog because it was a pitbull terrier and he feared it would attack him.

Carlvay Quanta Jones, 45, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by a probation officer, March 20, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

William Lee Knight, 19, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, March 22, charged with contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a minor, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($10,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and child neglect without great bodily harm, with his bonds set at release on his own recognizance. 

Lloyd William Lane, 70, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 21, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence (release on his own recognizance bond).

Joshua Joseph Lepore, 31, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, March 24, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Hunter Louiselle, 21, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 22, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

UPDATED:  Robert Leland R. Mishler, 54, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 23, charged with battery, and battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($3,000 bond). He was also charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. According to Mishler's arrest report, aound 7:00 pm, two men (the victims) were at a woman's home, working on her water well pump when Mishler drove by, shouting and cursing. The report stated that the woman who lived at the home had been having issues with Mishler, who was a neighbor. According to the accounts of several witnesses and the victims, Mishler attemmpted to strike one of the victims, who deflected the punch, and Mishler then head-butted the victim, and the two men then wrestled on the ground, and Mishler attempted to bite the man. Mishler then told the second victim he'd fight him, too, and he then shoved the second victim to the ground. The arrest report stated that Mishler was "foul" with the odor of alcohol, and agressive toward and uncooperative with deputies.
 
Michael Mitchell, Jr., 30, of Deltona, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, March 21, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Jennifer A. Odmann, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 20, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($2,500 bond) and failure to appear in court (release on her own recognizance bond).

Jesse James Odom, 25, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 21, charged with two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle ($30,000 bond).

Michael Ryan Smith, 40, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 23, charged with battery ($7,500 bond).

Joseph Patrick Sparks, 47, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 26, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI) and refusing to submit to DUI testing after a driver's license suspension (no bond).

Robert Albert Willette, 53, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 21, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

UPDATED:  Samantha Ann Williams-Duff, 22, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March 26, charged with battery (no bond). The report stated that two men got into a fight, along with Williams-Duff and another woman, March 25, and three people were arrested. The report stated that Williams-Duff had a black eye, and the other woman had an abasion to her left knee and bruising to her back and one arm, which occurred when they were fighting on the steps.
