Harvey Bryon Adkins, 52, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 17, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($2,500 bond).
Kevin Berryhill, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Jan. 16, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, and altering the identification on a weapon or removing the serial number from a firearm ($27,500 bond).
Nicholas Blake, 20, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Jan. 16, charged with three counts of probation violation (no bond).
Cody John Brunner, 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with reckless driving, first offense; fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer at high speed; driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, and possession of a contolled substance without a prescription ($60,000 bond).
Claude McKenna Callihan, 46, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with reckless driving, first offense; fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer at high speed, and operating a motorcycle without a license ($27,000 bond).
Marc Allen Cole, 42, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Steven Tylor Cook, 32, of Williston , FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 21, charged with battery ($25,000 bond).
Alfredo Rodolfo Del Castillo, 53, of Lake City, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Jan. 20, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($25,000 bond).
Randy Ellison, 59, of an unstated location in Florida near Steinhatchee, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 17, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with damage to property, and driving with a suspended or revoked license (bond set at credit for time served).
Brian Gene Frazier, 53, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 15, on an out of county warrant ($25,000 bond).
Guy T. Gordon, 60, of Schenectady, NY, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Jan. 21, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($17,500 bond).
UPDATED: On Jan. 17 in Bronson, FL, two people - Matthew Lee Tysinger, 30, of Cedar Key, FL, and Hannah Jane Gordon, 34, of Inglis, FL - were arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, after a deputy observed a red GMC Envoy sport utility vehicle (SUV) turn right onto from US 21 onto Commerce St.
According to an arrest report, the GMC Envoy had no tag, and the driver (Mr. Tysinger) was not wearing a seatbelt.
An arrest report stated that Mr. Tysinger parked the vehicle in the parking lot of the Dollar General store, located at 100 Commerce St., and went into the store. The deputy briefly spoke with passenger (Ms. Gordon), then went into the store to locate Mr. Tysinger, who returned with the deputy to the parking lot and the vehicle.
The report stated that Mr. Tysinger told the deputy that he'd just left the courthouse, where he'd been placed on probation for driving while his license was suspended or revoked.
Mr. Tysinger was placed under arrest, charged with driving while license suspended ($25,000 bond).
Upon Mr. Tysinger's arrest, his vehicle was inventoried, during which a deputy located methamphetamine and fentanyl inside a black bag that contained Ms. Gordon's identification. The black bag was located within the front seat pasenger compartment where Ms. Gordon had been sitting.
Ms. Gordon was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($151,000 bond).
Ashley Ann Hilburn, 42, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
Juwon Cortez Jackson, 25, of Columbus, GA, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 20, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Reginald McClendon, 59, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department , Jan. 20, charged with trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance ($2,500 bond).
Joshua Lamonte Monroe, 26, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 19, charged with probation violation (no bond).
