Nathaniel Wesley Brown, 33, of Jamestown, TN, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Dec. 2, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($20,000 bond).
UPDATED: Jephthah Darin Burton, 32, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 2, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($80,000 bond). According to Lt. Scott Tummond, at 3:00 am, a deputy conducting traffic enforcement near Bronson, FL noticed a person, later identified as Mr. Burton, riding a motorized bicycle who ran a stop sign, and when the deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the driver abandoned the bicycle and ran toward a wooded area. The deputy quickly caught up to Mr. Burton and took him into custody. Burton was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and heroin, according to Lt. Tummond.
Jason Julian Christie, 47, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 4, charged with battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter or emergency medical technician, etc.; sexual assault armed with a weapon or using force, sexual battery of a victim 12 years of age or older, and resisting or interfering with a law enforcement officer without violence (no bond).
Sean Lee Dawson, 35, of an unstated location of residence, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 3, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked (release on his own recognizance bond).
Tiffany Laterral Duncan, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Dec. 1, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($11,000 bond).
UPDATED: Richard Lamar Edsall, 41, of Center Hill, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 2, charged with fleeing from a law enfvorcement officer in a marked vehicle with activated lights and sirens, driving while license suspended - a repeat offense, possession of a weapon by a convicted Florida felon, trafficking in 14 or more grams of methamphetamine, and possession of drug equipment ($171,000 bond). At 3:10 am, a deputy conducting traffic enforcement near Bronson, FL, used his radar to clock a vehicle traveling 62 mph in a posted 35 mph zone. Deputies attempted to pull over the vehicle, but the driver, later identified as Mr. Edsall, attempted to flee. However, after a brief chase, he pulled over for the traffic stop and was taken into custody. His passenger was not placed under arrest, as deputies determined that he had not commmitted a crime. Edsall was found to be in possession of a gun, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. According to Lt. Scott Tummond, Edsall is a convicted felon and not supposed to be in possession of a gun, and his driver's license is suspended.
Oreacle Keith Elliott, 49, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 29, charged with reckless driving, first offemse; fleeing from or eluding a police officer with disregard as to the safety of persons or property, and driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($57,500 bond).
Jason Troy Enfinger, 34, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 27, charged with throwing or shooting a missile into a dwelling, vehicle, building or aircraft; criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200 but less than $1,000, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($110,000 bond).
Brandon Gavin Flores, 23, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, Nov. 19, 2022, and booked into the the Levy County Detention Bureau, Dec. 1, 2022, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($2,000 bond).
Brenda Lee Hornsby, 63, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Dec. 1, on an out of county warrant (no bond). She was also charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($30,000).
Lila Arkedaikaree Jackson, 37, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Nov. 28, on an out of county warrant ($30,000 bond).
Roshad Armad Jackson, 41, of Orlando, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 1, charged with withholding support of children or spouse ($2,470 cash only bond).
James Shane King, 39, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Nov. 30, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).
Tony Joseph Knight, 37, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 2, charged with probation violation (no bond).
UPDATED: Richette Metek Law, 45, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 1, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($75,000 bond). According to Lt. Scott Tummond, a deputy was dispatched to a fight in progress where two people were fighting over ownership of a battery, and during the fight, Mr. Law armed himself with a knife and cut the victim twice. During the investigation, the knife was recovered, and Mr. Law was placed under arrest.
Sabbath Lee Leibich, 27, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 3, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
UPDATED: Ashley Lorene Parkhouse, 37, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 1, charged with driving while license suspended - a repeat offense, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and destroying, tampering with, or fabricating physical evidence ($56,000 bond). According to Lt. Scott Tummond, at midnight, a deputy conducting traffic enforcement in a Bronson neighborhood observed a person, later identified as Ms. Parkhouse, operating a moped without a tag, and as he was attempting to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, he saw her toss a small plastic baggie, which was retrieved; it contained methamphetamine, according to Lt. Tummond.
Nicolas Penate-Diaz, 41, of Naples, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Dec. 3, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on his own recognizance bond).
Lee Ann Roberts, 41, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 1, charged with failure to appear in court (no bond).
Terry Dean Rosenow, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 1, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
