Frank Angelo Barone, 60, of St Petereburg Beach, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($513 bond).

Justin Aaron Cook, 21, of Leesburg, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm, ammunition, electric weapon or other unlawful device by a convicted felon; and fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated ($20,000 bond).

Steven Jay Beattie, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Caleb Dennis, 27, of an unspecified location of residence, was charged with assault of a firefighter, emergency medical services provider, or public transit employee, etc.; possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Kurt Matthew Freyman, 45, of Inglis, FL, was charged with loitering or prowling at a time or in manner not usual to a lawful citizen ($500 bond).

Jessica Ann White, 39, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with loitering or prowling at a time or in a manner not usual to a lawful citizen ($500 bond).

Timothy Dwayne Raines, 39, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Michelle Anne Cronin, 48, of Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Kathy McDonald Stone, 61, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with damage to the property of another person, and leaving the scene of a crash with non-serious injuries ($2,500 bond). At the intersection of State Road 44 (W. Gulf to Lake Hwy.) and County Road 486, in Crystal River, she's accused of crashing a Honda compact recreational vehicle into the rear of a Citrus County Sheriff's Office patrol vehicle, a Ford Explorer sport utility vehicle, injuring a deputy. According to the deputy and a witness, Ms. Stone  drove the Honda around the deputy and continued traveling east on State Road 44 until another deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle about 400 feet east of the intersection where the collision occurred. The report stated that Ms. Stone admitted she'd recently left a bar, that her breath smelled faingtly of alcohol, that her bahavior was imappropriate, that she perormed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and her breath alcohol test results were 0.134 and 0.136 (the legal limit is 0.080).

Charles Reagan Klyap, 35, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Mark Wayne McMillen, 55, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond) and also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Alexis Marie Duff, 19, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).

Brett Daniel Blanton, 29, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).

Joseph Anthony Garcia, 20, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Monica Nicole Arruda, 34, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged wih retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Jason Dakota Bovee, 27, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Eric Lee Smith, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($2,000 bond).

John Curtis Dillon, 47, of Port Richey, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Edward William Lutz, 26, of Bushnell, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Rebecca Lynn Arndt, 38, of Dade City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Cody Ryan Wayman, 22, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Jeremiah Aaron Foley, 35, of Bushnell, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc. ($2,000 bond).

Timothy Andrew Starck, 23, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for felony domestic battery by strangulation, and domestic battery (no bond).

Joshua Beau Swenson, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation or community control (no bond) and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Eric Lee Smith, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($500 bond).

John Allister Klecha, 35, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for theft of a motor vehicle ($5,000 bond).

Sean Michael Forester, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery, and felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Dale Anthony Colby, 55, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Christopher Alan Fisher, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer without violence, operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement, operating an unregistered vehicle, possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence ($11,000 bond).

Paul James Thomas, 46, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Gregory David Clayton, 63, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc. with damage to the property of another person ($1,000  bond).

James Keith Dingess, 28, of Inverness, FL, was charged with loitering or prowling at a time or in manner not usual to a lawful citizen, resisting an officer without violence, resisting an officer with violence, possession of burglary tools, and battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider, or public transit employee, etc. ($14,000 bond).

Forrest Robert Haag, 34, of Homosassa,FL, was charged with simple stalking - willfully, malisciously or repeatedly following, harassing or cyberstalking another person, and misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond).

Heather Nicole Corie Boatwright, 36, of Sarasota, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Heather Cassidy, 45, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000; removing, destroying, altering, tampering with or damaging the operation of an electronic monitoring device; and failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond). She was also charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
 
Terrence Lee Hayes, 62, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, presumption of impairment related to testing methods, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc. ($2,000 bond).
