Theriyus Leequina Banks, 24, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 30, charged with non-premeditated homicide during commission of a specific felony ($1,000,000 bond).
Marcacite Nuvoe Bennett, 31, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 29, charged with probation violation (no bond).

James Durden, 51, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, charged with attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it (release on his own recognizance bond). He was also charged with driving while license suspended, second offense; and fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer at a high rate of speed ($25,000 bond).
Kaleen Breanna Edwards, 21, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 30, charged with battery (no bond).
Paige Ashley Ehlers, 27, of Archer, FL, a first-year teacher at Chiefland Elementary School in Chiefland, Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Oct. 30, charged with possession of a firearm on school property, and child neglect without great bodily harm (release on her own recognizance bond). According to the LCSO, Ms. Ehlers sent two fourth-grade students, ages 9 and 10, to her car to retrieve a medication for her, and they noticed the gun inside the vehicle. The students then informed school officials about the gun who, in turn, notified the School Resource Deputy about the gun.
UPDATE: William Lucas Elder, 40, of Inglis, Fl, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 30, charged with battery ($7,500 bond).The arrest report stated that Elder and the victim both told a deputy that they had a verbal, non-physical argument when the victim drove up to the residence where the argument occurred. A deputy reported that the victim had a small scratch mark to her chest, and her long sleeved shirt appeared to be stretched, and Mr. Elder had a small scratch to the left side of his neck and small drops of blood around both of his ears. However, one witness told the deputy that he/she heard a slap and saw redness to the victim's face, and a second witness said that he/she saw Elder hit the victim's face with a closed first. Based on the accounts of the witnesses, Elder was taken into custody.
