UPDATED:  Kevin Scott Renaud, 55, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with arson of a structure believed to be occupied, resisting an officer without violence, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($28,000 bond). 
        The arrest report stated that the victim told a deputy that Renaud had slept on the couch at her mobile home residence in Floral City, FL the night of Sept. 11, and on the morning of Sept. 12, they got into an arguument when she asked him to leave. She said that Renaud entered her bedoom several times during the argument, so she asked him to step out of her room so she could get dressed, and when she exited her bedroom, she noticed that her couch was on fire. She said she quickly put out the fire, called law enforcement and walked outside, to see Renaud drivng away, but he turned around his car, drove back to her property and yelled obscenities at her before leaving. 
        The deputy reported that one of the couch cushions had a hole burned in it, and a bed comforter lying on the floor beside the couch was burned, and the interior of the home was filled with smoke.
        A deputy located Renaud at his residence in Beverly Hills, removing items from his car by way of the passenger side. He told the deputy, "That b---- stole all my s---," the report stated, and he then ran to his residence, in defiance of the deputy's orders to stop. The report stated that Renaud attempted to slam the front door of his home, but something within the doorway prevented it from closing, and also that Renaud told the deputy he had marijuana inside his pocket, and when the deputy searched it, he found a metal pipe filled with 0.9 gram of marijuana.

Jeremy Ethan Sharrone, 29, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

John Nathan Coakley, 81, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitioner either directly or indirectly by phone or another form of communication (no bond).

UPDATED:  William Joe Young, 40, of Inverness, FL, was charged with making written threats to kill or harm ($5,000 bond). The arrest report stated that the victim contacted the Citrus County Sheriff's Office on July 21, 2022, because Mr. Young, his landlord, had sent him over 100 threatening text messages, which were provided to the agency. Some of the messages demanded that the victim move out of the rental home for nonpayment of the previous month's rent. Some of the messages threatened the victim or his family with harm; some used profanity, and some threatened that Young would start harrassing the renter's employer about the rent. The report stated that Young sometimes parked near the rental home and threatened the renter or the renter's wife, and also that the renter was looking for another place to live.

David Allan Perusek, 58, of Inverness, FL, was arrested  on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($500 bond).

James Lee Kincade, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Dalene Rose Kempinski, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence and misdemeanor battery ($2,000 bond).

Lisa Marie Harmon, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Sammie Lee Simmons, 33, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less, burglary of an unoccupied residence, and resisting an officer without violence ($11,500 bond).

Allen Louis Dorsey, 40, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($25,555.55 bond).

Mark Allen Bates, 55, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of a condition of pretrial release on an original arrest for domestic violence (no bond).

Erickson Shane Geer, 43, of Inverness, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Justin Richard Dumas, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with animal cruelty ($26,000 bond).

Shaun Ray Webb, 47, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Steven Daniel Tyson, 22, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Destiny Pearl Postlethwaite, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with misdemeanor assault - intentional, unlawful threat, by word or act, to do violence to another (no bond).

Robert Gene Andrews, 45, of an unstated location of residence, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

UPDATED:  A six months long drug investigation by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) Tactical Impact Unit (TIU) resulted in the arrest of three Lecanto, FL residents: 38 year-old Felix Abdiel Pintado Bernard, 28 year-old Angel Alberto Seda Ways, and 32-year-old Jennifer Medina Lozada.
        The three were taken into custody when deputies served a search warrant at residences located at 116 and 158 S. Kensington Ave. in Lecanto, FL, which are both located on the same five-acre tract. The properties were originally identified as the result of a traffic stop of Mr. Seda Ways, who was found to be in possession of cocaine. 
        During the investigation, the TIU, woking with the CCSO Intelligence Analhysis Unit, partnered with numerous other agencies, which included the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Investigations - Tampa Airport Division, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Air and Marine Operations - Tampa Marine Unit, Hernando County Sheriff's Office SWAT team and the State Attorney's Office of the Fifth Judicial Circuit. 
        During the investigation, officials learned that packages of cocaine were being mailed to several addresses within Citrus County, FL, that were picked up from these addresses and delivered to the S. Kensington Ave., Lecanto, FL addresses. 
        During the six-months time span, numerous kilos of cocaine were seized by the TIU, and with each seizure, more information was gathered, so that officials had probable cause for the search warrant being issued. 
        When the search warrant was served, defendents Mr. Seda Ways and Ms. Medina Lozada both ran from the property, but they were immediately apprehended by law enforcement units on the perimeter of the property. 
        During the search, deputies seized 3 kg. (6.6 lb.) of cocaine, 6 firearms, weight scales, narcotic ledgers, drug packaging materials and a money counter. Over the duration of the investigation, a grand total of 8.98 kg. (19.8 lb.) of cocaine - with a street level value of $1,077,735.48 - was seized from this drug organization.
        Angel Alberto Seda Ways was charged with trafficking in cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer without violence, conspiracy to traffic cocaine, carrying a concealed weapon, and carrying a firearm while committing a felony ($117,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
        Felix Abdiel Pintado Bernard was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, posession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to sell, and conspiracy to traffic cocaine ($11,000 bond).
        Jennifer Medina Lozada was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, posession of a controlled substance (cocaine) with intent to sell, conspiracy to traffic cocaine, and resisting an officer without violence ($12,000 bond).

Cameron Blaze Runnels, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond) and violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Stacey Lee Brown, 56, of Floral City, FL, was charged with misdemeanor battery, and resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond).

Kenneth Clyde Bartels, 33, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with refusing to submit to testing after a previous driver's license suspension for refusal, operating an unregistered motor vehicle; driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or chemicals; and criminal mischief of $200 or less ($4,000 bond).

Sonya Labare, 38, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond).

Shannon Marie Morgan, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($10,000 bond).

Carlton Paul Trahan, 51, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to appear citation, charged with petit theft of less than $100. 

Samuel Steven Esposito, 60, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Nicole Marie Sanders, 30, of Tampa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Thomas Eugene Pittman, 39, of Lithonia, GA, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Jeanette Michelle Moore, 46, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

James Anthony Desomma, 43, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($10,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Donald Edward Schneider, 50, of Hernando, FL, was charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer information relating to an offense; criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, and burglary with battery ($32,000 bond).
        On Sept. 16, a deputy was dispatched to a Hernando residence due to a complaint by a man, that his female roommate had tried to contact him at work, which was unusual, and she didn't answer her phone several times when he called her back, and she later answered her phone, but he could hear Schneider in the background, and the phone call was disconnected. He told the deputy that he was concerned, and when he left work to return home, his roommate was not there, the front door was kicked in, and windows were broken. The report stated that damages were estimated at approximately $1,000.
        The female roomate, who was trembling, told deputies that she was watching telelvision when she heard pounding at the front door and the bedroom window, then she heard the door being kicked in and saw Schneider standing in the doorway. She said he threatened to kill her and burn down the house if she called law enforcement. She said that Schneider head-butted her, knocking off her eyeglasses. The deputy reported that the female victim had a bruise to the left side of her face, near her eyeglasses. 
        The victim told the deputy that she attempted to call law enforcement, but Schneider grabbed her wrist, which caused her to drop the phone, and she was unable to complete the call. She said her phone began to ring, and it was her male roommate, but Schneider was throwing items around the living room, and as she ran to the back of the house to get away, Schneider threw a power drill at her, and he then left the residence.
        The next morning, the two roommates gave the deputy the address of a location in Hernando where they were told Schneider might be, and the deputy located him at the address they'd given him and placed him under arrest.
 
Leonard Leroy Laurain, 37, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750, grand theft of $5,000 or more but less than $10,000, and resisting an officer without violence ($9,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).
