Devin Rae Penrod, 26, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with felony felony petit theft - due to two or more previous theft convictions ($5,000 bond).

Cody Michael Blasberg, 27, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750 ($250 bond).

Teresa Lynn Montag, 30, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

UPDATED:  Shaun Ray Webb, 47, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750, possession of burglary tools, and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($8,000 bond). Mr. Webb is accused of entering a shed located on the property of Crystal River Kayak and Dive, 1422 SE Highway 19 in Crystal River, and taking property valued at $250. According to the arrest report, around 4:38 am, the business' surveillance video showed Mr. Webb and another suspect gathering items near the shed where employees keep personal iems. Items taken included a plastic circular fan valued at $30, two first aid kits with a combined value of $100, two Geyco Dry Bags with a combined value of $60, a metal cart with large beach wheels valued at $60, and $5 from the tip jar. At 4:34 pm, the report stated, Webb was located wearing the same clothing he was wearing in the security video, in possession of burglaray tools (a hatchet, large pliers and a machete).

Constance Lea Hood, 34, of Tallahassee, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).

Adam Edward Hark, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond) and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

Mario Antonio Watkins, 44, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond). 

Shaun Ray Webb, 47, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for a sex offender registration violation - failing to report to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office within 48 hours of vacating or relocating his residence ($5,000 bond).

Joseph Alia Tascarella, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for aggravated stalking after an injunction for protection (no bond).

Rachel Nicole Craddock, 34, of Troy (state not specified) was arrested on an out of county warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($200 bond).

Darius Deontrea Lopez, 27, of Tampa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Stephen Jeffery Land, 44, of Bell, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond). 

Audrey Maia Walker, 51, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).

Collin Ray Higgins, 25, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).

Aaron John Myers, 35, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Jeffrey Glenn Sorrell, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction; and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($5,500 bond).

Adam Bruce Keator, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc. ($1,000 bond).

David Clifford Cooper, 21, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Karon Quocanh Tran, 28, of an unstated location of residence, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, and resisting an officer without violence ($3,000 bond).

A 17 year-old male from Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Terry Daniel Smith, 29, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, was charged with simple stalking - willfully, malisciously or repeatedly following, harassing or cyberstalking another person, and trespassing after warning ($6,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,500 bond).

Jodie Bridget Lanier, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

UPDATED:  Nicholas Bruce Kaufman, 32, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on numerous charges as the result of an investigation into two thefts that occurred at Lecanto Middle School, located at 3800 W. Educational Path in Lecanto, on June 14 and 26, 2022. Kaufman was charged with grand theft of a firearm, becoming armed with a firearm during the commission of a burglary, two counts of grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000, two counts of burglary of an unoccupied structure, being in possession of a bulletproof vest while committing certain offenses, and criminal mischief of $1,000 or more ($48,000 bond). 
        Deputies arrived at the school property due to the complaint that a construction company (that was remodeling the school) was missing power tools and an EZ-Go golf cart, and the School Resource Officer (SRO) at the school was missing a Colt AR-15 rifle, ballistic helmet, ballistic shield and ballistic rifle vest; these items were missing from a gun safe that had been sawed into.
        A deputy followed the golf cart tracks from the school to the open gate of a vacant property on W. Whippoorwill St. in Lecanto, where the golf cart was located inside a steel shipping container on the property. 
        The golf cart tracks also led to the rear of a property located in the 3800 block of W. Klett Path in Lecanto (Kaufman's residence) where an opening had been cut into a fence. A second golf cart was located, on an adjacent property, that matched the description of a cart that had been reported stolen from the Leanto Middle School complex on June 14.         
        Kaufman was located, walking nearby. He gave permission for deputies to search his property, but the results of the search and Kaufman's comments were readacted from the arrest reports.

Wayne Joseph Drake, 56, of Inglis, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).

Zachary Theron Lee Mims, 35, of an unstated location of residence, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Michael Joseph Latulip, 35, of Wildwood, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control (no bond).

Keith Richard Gainer, 44, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Janey Lee Teed, 30, of Hernando, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750 ($1,000 bond).

Jacob Michael Kammers, 20, of Hudson, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for lewd or lascivious molestation of a person between the ages of 12 to 16 (no bond).

Ngan Do, 33, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery by strangulation and aggravated battery of a pregnant victim (no bond). He was also charged with possession of a firearm, ammunition, electric weapon or other unlawful device by a convicted felon; resisting an officer without violence, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($12,000 bond).

Marzena Tsekhanovsky, 50, of Sarasota, FL, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc. ($2,000 bond).

Tiffany Sue Ann Bradford, 32, of Inverness, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond).

Donald Richard Fournier, 24, of Belleview, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm, ammunition, electric weapon or other unlawful device by a convicted felon, driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, and illegal possession of a controlled substance ($24,000 bond).

Jonathan Marc Pargo, 42, of Fort White, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking in methamphetamine ($51,000 bond).

Michael Anthony Vryhof, 33, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Rico Vontay Layfield Savage, 18, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for two counts of possession of a firearm, ammunition, electric weapon or other unlawful device by a convicted felon under the age of 24; two counts of battery of a person 65 years of age or older, carrying a concealed firearm, and robbery with a firearm or other dangeous weapon ($82,000 bond).

Saundra Marie Gary, 24, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Jacob Scott Hughes, 33, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

Lacey Diane Hoyt, 30, of Floral City, FL, was charged with violation of a condition of pretrial release on a domestic violence charge (no bond).

Joseph Alia Tascarella, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation or community control (no bond). 

Chester Alexander Lee, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for a career offender registration violation ($2,500 bond). 

Kevin Lee Cason, 52, of Homosassa, FL turned himself in at the Citrus County Detention Facility on an arrest warrant for charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with property damage, and driving under the influence of alcohol causing death of a human (no bond). The charges were the result of a traffic crash that occurred about 8:41 pm, Sept. 20, 2021, in Homosassa. According to the arrest report by the Florida Highway Patrol, Mr. Cason's blood alcohol level was 0.239, and he was observed on video stumbling, swaying, and bumping into another person as he exited the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, located at 5340 W. Grover Cleveland Blvd. in Homosassa, where Mr. Cason admitted he'd consumed alcohol. The video also shows the vehicle involved in the crash, a 2004 Dodge Ram pickup truck, leaving the parking lot of the club, seven minutes before the traffic crash was reported to 911. The report stated that Mr. Cason was driving the truck in a careless manner, traveling west on W. Grover Cleveland Blvd., when he collided into the rear of a 2002 Ford Excursion sport utility vehicle that was stopped ahead of him in the westbound lane, waiting for oncoming traffic to make a left turn onto South Spring Song Terrace. The crash caused damage to both vehicles and resulted in the death of 47 year-old William Michael Cumbie, the driver of the Ford Excursion, and injury to Mr. Cumbie's front right passenger, a 47 year-old woman.

Christopher Michael Barker, 36, of Hernando, FL, was charged with two counts of burglary of an unoccupied residence, two counts of grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000, and two counts of grand theft of $20,000 or more but less than $100,000 (no bond).

Michael Edward Jewell, 25, of Floral City, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, resisting an officer without violence, fleeing from a law enforcement officer in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated while speeding and in disregard of safety, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($15,000 bond).

Renee Jean Ruiz, 52, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Mason Scott Reynolds, 20, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for resisting an officer without violence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($3,000 bond).

Michael Landon Wolff Rash, 29, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond). He was also charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
