Mr. Green is accused of shooting the victim's feet with a 12-gauge single-shot shotgun and threatening the victim's life while still holding the shotgun.
According to the arrest report, at 9:38 pm, a Citrus County deputy arrived at the N. Country Club Dr., Crystal River residence where the incident occurred to find the victim in the front yard, bleeding from his feet, screaming in pain, stating that Green was inside the house, and Green soon exited via garage and was placed into handcuffs.
The victim told a deputy that he was remodeling Green's home, and was at the home to eat dinner and seek payment for his work, but Green had refused to pay him, so he was getting his tools and leaving the residence when Green pointed the gun to his face, threatening to shoot him, and he'd pushed the shotgun away, thinking it was not loaded, but when he exited the residence, Green had shot his feet.
Two neighbors gave their statements of what they'd heard or witnessed, and a Ring doorbell camera provided audio of the incident, although it was too dark outside to clearly see the video, the report stated.
