Anderson Shelby, 26, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 6, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).

Nelson Barrios, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, charged with battery causing bodily harm ($50,000 bond).

David Matthew Brookins, 26, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 9, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Three people were arrested on U.S. Hwy. 27 in Bronson, FL, June 7, after a high-speed chase at speeds in excess of 100 mph - with two unrestrained childen, ages 2 and 5, inside the vehicle. According to the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), the driver initially failed to stop during an attempted traffic stop, conducted due to the vehicle traveling without the use of headlights at 1:00 am. During the pursuit, the front passenger allegedly tossed several packages of cocaine from the vehicle (several were recovered). Inside the vehicle, according to the LCSO, deputies located additional crack cocaine, marijuana and two firearms.
        Rebia Emarantay Brown, 25, of Bronson, the driver, was charged with child endangerment, fleeing from law enforcement, and possession of cocaine ($125,000 bond). 
        Leneiall Stanley Sapp, 28, of Bronson, the front passenger, was charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon ($75,000 bond). 
         Quantasia Brishay Delaine, 21. of Gainesville, FL, was charged with possession of cocaine ($30,000 bond).   

Casey Michael Buesing, 37, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($1,000 bond).

Jessica L. Butler, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 9, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($500 bond).

Liana Marie Byrd, 44, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, June 8, charged with petit theft, second degree, first offense ($500 bond).

Brittany Carouth, 27, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 6, charged with battery, two counts of battery of an officer, firefighter or emergency medical technician, etc.; resisting an officer with violence, possession of cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($230,000 bond). She was also charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana (release on her own recignizance bond).

Crystal Fay Cascaddan, 37, of Alachua, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, June 7, charged with petit theft, second degree, first offense ($1,000 bond).

Candice Douglas, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 10, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property of more than $200 but less than $1,000 ($2,500 bond).

David Wayne Elswick, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 9, charged with grand theft of $5,000 or more but less than $10,000, and dealing in stolen property ($50,000 bond).

Joshua Francois, 34, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, June 12, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($15,000 bond).

Justin Francway, 41, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 10, charged with simple assault by threat to do violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon ($510,000 bond).

Felicia Anne Futch, 35, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 6, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Marco Roman Gent, 39, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, June 9, charged with battery, cruelty toward a child without causing great bodily harm, and disorderly conduct by brawling, fighting or corrupting public morals ($60,000 bond).

Jennifer Ann Giannizzero, 41, of Tallahassee, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 6, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense (no bond).

Kyle James Hairston, 28, of Palm Bay, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 10, charged with criminal mischief with property damage of $1,000 or more, and grand theft of a motor vehicle ($30,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Morgon Lacey Hamilton, 33, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, charged with battery ($10,000 bond). According to the arrest report, the victim complained that, around 12:30 am, Ms. Hamilton had punched his face numerous times with a closed fist, pushed him onto he ground and then onto the hood of a vehicle. The deputy noted that the victim had a bruise under his left eye, blood in his left nostril, a scrape on his arm that had sand in the wound, and a scrape to his foot. Ms. Hamilton told the deputy that she'd punched the victim's face in self defense because he'd dragged her by her hair and thrown her to the ground by the stairs to their camper, and then onto the hood of a vehicle. The deputy reported that Ms. Hamilton had scratches to her back, but no sand on her clothing consistent with being dragged on the ground. A witness told the deputy that she'd heard the two arguing outside and witnessed Ms. Hamilton trip on the stairs to the camper.

Terri Ann Harris, 50, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, June 9, charged with possession of drug equipment ($1,000 bond) and probation violation (no bond).

Brian Matthew Hine, 40, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, June 7, charged with trespassing, and failure to appear in court ($51,000 bond).

Ashley Johns, 30, of Horseshoe Beach, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 9, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($150,000 bond).

Morgan Lenore Little, 35, of an unstated location of residence in Florida, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, June 6, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for court.

Johnnie Meza, 26, of Fort Meade, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, June 8, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).

UPDATED:  Jeffery Stoy Minish, 58, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 11, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery, domestic battery by strangulation, using a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted U.S. felon ($1,010,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted U.S. felon (no bond). 
        The arrest report stated, that around 6:30 pm, the victim contacted the agency from the Family Dollar store, located at 2991 SE State Rd. 121 in Morriston, where the victim had fled after a physical confrontation with Minish, whom she said had been drinking alcohol. 
        According to the arrest report, the victim told deputies that Minish had grabbed her neck from behind, in the kitchen, obsructing her airway, that he'd slapped her left ear so hard that the post punctured the skin behind her ear, bent the post, and the earring had fallen from her ear. She said he'd thrown her sewing machine, then her desk, which struck her left heel, then he followed her into another room where he grabbed her face and slammed her head into the wall, then threatened to kill himself with a gun, which frightened her because he'd told her on other occasions, if he ever killed himself, he'd kill her first. 
        The victim said that she ran to her vehicle, and she heard 6 or 7 gunshots and saw Minish on the back porch with a handgun pointed in the direction of the car. She said, inside the residence, there were several handguns and rifles, including an AR-15. 
        Deputies attempted to contact Minish by phone and over the public announcement system for several hours and eventually sent the Tactical Impact Unit to the residence. He was taken into custody without incident.
        Deputies located 13 spent 0.40-caliber round casings on or near the back porch area, and found the house as the victim had described it. Eleven handguns were found inside the residence. 
        A deputy reported that the puncture wound behind the victim's left ear was bleeding, and she had red marks to her chest and neck, consistent with her statements, along with a raised welt to her head from making contact with the wall.
        The report also stated that Minish had been convicted of a felony traffic violation in Jackson County, GA on Oct. 28, 1987.

UPDATED:  Brandon Scott Molen, 37, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 10, charged with battery of an officer, trespassing after warning, resisting a law enforcement officer without violence, and threatening an officer ($170,000 bond). Around 10:00 pm, deputies responded to the Circle K gas station, located at 4 U.S. Hwy. 19 South in Inglis, FL, due to Mr. Molen being on the property after being trespassed from the location on June 5, 2022. The report stated that Mr. Molen initially resisted being placed into handcuffs, but then complied, but later stiffened his body to prevent deputies from placing him into the patrol vehicle, spat on a deputy's face, kicked the rear of the patrol vehicle, and cursed the deputy, threatenng to slit her throat, while enroute to the jail.

Jason Earl Moore, 48, of an unknown location of residence in California, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 12, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Jennifer Aleen Odmann, 36, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 12, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense (release on her own recognizance bond).

Brandon Lee O'Neal, 27, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 10, charged with criminal mischief with property damage of $1,000 or more, and grand theft of a motor vehicle ($30,000 bond). 

Maria Mendieta Palacios, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($75,000 bond).

Justin Von Rampe, 38, of Willison, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).

David Christopher Ramsay, 40, of Melbourne, FL, was arrested, May 27, 2022, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, June 9, 2022, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Glenda Fay Randall, 48, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($30,000 bond).

UPDATED:  William Sims, 38, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 6, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, criminal mischief with property damage of more than $200 but less than $1,000, and armed burglary ($425,000 bond). The arrest report stated, that on June 2, a deputy was dispatched to a 125th St., Chiefland, FL residence with the complaint of a disturbance. The victim told a deputy, that while she was showering at a friend's residence, Mr. Sims had called her, extremely upset because he was missing marijuana roaches (marijuana cigarette butts). She said that Sims threatened to throw all her belongings out of the house and not let her back inside it. She said she waited a while for Sims to cool down, then went back to her residence, where Sims met her outside, holding a machete. She said that Sims broke out the back window of her 2004 Chevrolet Blazer, opened the door of her vehicle and moved the blade around her face, telling her he would cut her if she called police. The report stated that the victim drove to a friend's house and contacted law enforcement, but law enforcement officers were unable to locate him, initially.

Jessica Lynn Speedman, 39, of Lady Lake, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 11, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond).

Ruby Lucille Thompson, 51, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 8, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).

Timothy J. Thompson, 51, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($1,000 bond).

Jose Alberto Uriostegui-Garcia, 18, of Dade City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 8, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on his own recognizance bond).

Sararae Marie Webb, 21, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), June 10, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief with damage to property of $200 or less ($32,500 bond). According to the LCSO, Ms. Webb complained to a Levy County 911 operator that she'd been attacked by a person who lives in her home on a part time basis, and she'd used a knife to defend herself. Deputies determined that Ms. Webb was the primary aggressor, as she had cut the victim with a knife, numerous times to his chest and hands, and also slashed a tire on his truck when he attempted to leave. The victim was treated at the scene by emergency medical services and released.

Nancy Marie Weight, 35, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, charged with battery of an officer, firefighter or emergency medical technician, etc. ($50,000 bond). 

Rodney Richard Weight, 37, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 7, charged with disorderly public intoxication causing a disturbance ($5,000 bond).

Scott Paul West, 55, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 6, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).
