Christopher James Covyaw, 49, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of a sex offender requirement by failure to update telephone number or employment within 48 hours, violation of a sex offender requirement by failure to report electronic email address, four counts of knowingly transmittng info harmful to a minor to a minor in Florida; use of internet service to seduce, solicit, or lure a child to commit a crime, and unlawful use of a two way communication device ($137,000 bond). He was also charged with violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).
Robert Emerson Roesch, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of felony probation or community control, and robbery where offender carried no weapon (no bond).
Kenneth Ryan Dy, 46, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

burglary with damages over $1,000, three counts of grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000, criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, three counts of trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, criminal mischief of $200 or more but less than $1,000, and two counts of criminal mischief of $1,000 or more ($28,000 bond). Frank Meyer, 61, of Floral City, FL, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) with serious bodily injury to another person, and DUI with damage to the property of another person ($174,500 bond). The crash occurred on U.S. Hwy. 41, just south of E. Tower Rd. in Floral City, FL, at 10:40 pm, when Meyer attempted to turn left into a parking lot, into the path of a motorcycle, which crashed into Meyer's sedan, seriously injuring the two passengers of the motorcycle, the 37 year-old male driver and his 35 year-old female passenger, both of Inverness, FL.
