Arrests, Levy County, Florida, May 29 - June 5, 2022
UPDATED: Chloe Marie Allen, 21, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 31, charged with battery ($10,000 bond). Acording to the arrest report, an intoxicated woman complained that she'd gotten into an argument with Ms. Allen, who had allegedly shoved her out of her (Allen's) house, causing scratches to the woman's neck. Ms. Allen told deputies that the woman had gotten intoxicated and refused to leave her house, so when the woman went outside, she locked the door and called law enforcement. The report stated that Allen had driven the woman from Ocala to her residence, where the woman had stayed for several days, and the woman had no phone. The report stated that Allen was arrested because she had no injuries, and the intoxicated woman had scratches and wanted to pursue charges.
Nicholas Lee Bailey, 32, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 29, charged with battery ($40,000 bond).
William Charles Carawan, 31, of Fort White, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, June 1, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).
Colleen Walsh Cardazzone, 53, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 1, charged with battery ($2,000 bond).
Christopher Michael Cole, 44, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, May 30, charged with trespassing ($5,000 bond).
Aaron Dale Griffin, 49, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 1, charged with battery of a peson 65 years of age or older ($35,000 bond).
Stephen M. Groo, 36, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 2, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense ($1,000 bond).
Betty Ann Hazel, 53, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 1, charged with fraud to obtain public aid in the amount of $200 or more (no bond).
Taylor Phillip Jordan Kofmehl, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, May 30, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or drugs ($5,000 bond) and DUI with damage to property (release on his own recognizance bond).
Billy Shawn Mitchell, 53, of Flowery Branch, GA, was arrested by the Cedar Key (Florida) Police Department, May 29, charged with carrying a concealed weapon or firearm ($1,000 bond).
UPDATED: Brandon Molen, 37, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 5, charged with trespassing, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. The arrest report stated a clerk at the Circle K store, located at 4 U.S. Highway 19 South in Inglis, FL, requested that Mr. Molen to be trespassed from the store, due to Mr. Molen being intoxiciated, asking customers for money, and refusing to leave the store after being asked to leave, several times by the store clerk. When the deputy arrived at the store, he found Mr. Molen at the store, passed out, clearly intoxicated when he awakened, the report stated. The report stated that Mr. Molen yelled at the deputy, claiming that the deputy was harrassing him, and the deputy offered to take Molen to another location, but Molen insisted on being taken to Crystal River (in Citrus County, FL). The deputy explained he could not travel to Citrus County because he's employed as a Levy County, FL deputy. Mr. Molen eventually walked away from the store, as requested, however, when the deputy later exited the store, Molen was back on the store's property, demanding that the deputy give him a ride, so he was taken into custody.
Jessica Dawn Munk, 32, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 30, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).
Donald Nelson, 31, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 31, on an out of county warrant ($900 cash only bond).
Marc Aaron Overton, 45, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, May 31, on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).

Antonio Ramirez Ramos, 30, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, June 2, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, June 3, charged with sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 12 and 18 without physical force or violence, sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 16 and 17, and contributing to the deliquency of a minor ($225,000 bond). Ramirez Ramos is accused of taking two juvenile females from Newberry, FL to a motel in Fanning Springs, FL, and keeping them there for two days, supplying them with drugs and alcohol and also having sex with them.
Juan Jesus Sanchez, 23, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, June 3, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Scott Paul Skipper, 56, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, May 29, charged with boating under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($7,500 bond).
Donna Michelle Smith, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, June 3, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked (release on her own recognizance bond).
