Kyle Nathaniel Fergerson, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm, ammunition, electric weapon, or another unlawful device by a convicted felon under the age of 24 ($10,000 bond).

Erick Jose Luna Martinez, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

April Catherine Castle, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750 (unstated bond).

UPDATED:  At 6:04 pm, two people were charged with trespassing after warning, with their bonds set at $1,000 each: Johnnie Russell Arnett, 38, of Inglis, FL, and Krystle Nicole Sunbury Cranmer, 31, whom the arrest report stated was homeless, with a Georgia driver's license. The arrest reports stated that the two had been trespassed from the Walgreens pharmacy, located at 9427 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL on May 13, 2022, and at 5:10 pm, May 17, a deputy was dispatched to the pharmacy due to the report of a violent person. A deputy arrived at the pharmacy to find Mr. Arnett and Ms. Sunbury Cranmer at the 7-Eleven store next door to the pharmacy, and the deputy spoke with them. They told the deputy that they'd gotten into an argument at the pharmacy's parking lot, and although they'd previously been asked to leave the store, they did not relaize they'd been formally trespassed from the location. They said that a juvenile employee had witnessed their altercation and may have more information for the deputy. The employee showed the deputy a video of the two, walking west, from the Walgreen pharmacy property, onto the nearby Pinch A Penny store location.

Eugene Perry McCaleb, 53, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or chemicals ($1,000 bond).

Shaina Nichole Hogans, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

UPDATED:  Lakin Renee Watson, 35, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more but less than $1,000, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($3,000 bond). 
        Accordng to the arrest report, the victim and her passenger were traveling south on U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, FL, when a gold Toyota Corolla, driven by Ms. Watson, who had another passenger with her, began following them, yelling that they wanted to fight. 
        The driver told the deputy that she turned into the Wendy's restaurant parking lot, but Watson followed her, so she pulled back onto U.S.Hwy. 19 and continued traveling south. She said she next pulled into a parking lot, located at 657 SE Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, and again Watson followed her, parked next to her, got out of her vehicle with a small black jack and began hitting the driver's side window where she was sitting. The victim said that Watson threatened her and asked her to step out of the vehicle and fight her. The victim said that she dialed 911 while Watson shattered her back window, dropping the jack into the bed of the truck so that she had to climb inside the truck bed to retrieve it, and Watson then got into the gold Toyota Corolla and drove away.
        An independent witness told the deputy that she observed Watson screaming at the victim and then heard a loud noise that sounded like something breaking, and she also witnessed Watson holding a black car jack and getting into her vehicle and driving away.
        Ms. Watson was taken into custody during a traffic stop conducted at W. Grover Cleveland Blvd. and S. Brian Pt. in Homosassa, FL. She was transported by Citrus County Fire Rescue to the Citrus Hills Emergency Room, due to a medical emergency. She was arrested after her discharge from the ER.

UPDATED:  Anna Marie Baker, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with arson of a structure believed to be occupied ($25,000 bond). At 7:41 am, a fire was reported at a SE 9th Circle South, Crysal River residence. Deputies arrived on scene to find Ms. Baker outside, holding a grill lighter and a small orange container that was emitting smoke. A deputy noticed that the northwest corner of the home had soot under the window and on the electrical box, and an obvious smell of burning in the air. The victim told a deputy that he knew Ms. Baker, who was homeless, from a local restaurant, and he'd offered her a temporary place to stay. He said he'd awakened that morning to find green paint sprayed on the walls and ceiling of his spare room where Ms. Baker had been staying, and the matress had been moved from the box springs onto the floor. He said that he and Baker had gotten into an argument, and he locked her outside of his home. He said he went into the bathroom, and shorlty thereafter, noticed smoke outside of his kichen window on the northwest corner of the home, and he opened the wondow and saw Ms. Baler with the grill lighter and a half-burnt orange container in her hand. The victim told deputies that Ms. Baker told him that she was going to smoke him out of his house. Ms. Baker told a deputy that the black marks on the home were the result of an accident, and she'd attempted to put out the fire with a water hose, although the arrest report stated that the area was dry, with no sign of water being used there.

Jesse Stuart Tanis, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation or community control (no bond).

UPDATED:  Casey Joseph Clayson, 35, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with one count each of lewd or lascivious exhibition, lewd or lascivious conduct by soliciting a person under the age of 16, and lewd or lascivious molestation of a person between the ages of 12 and 16 ($20,000 bond). The arrest report accused Mr. Clayson of exposing himself to two juveniles and attempting to persuade them into watching or allowing him to watch a certain type of sexual behavior.

Gregory Scott Simmons, 31, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of more than $100 but less than $750.

UPDATED:  Blake D'Brell Kirkland, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with animal cruelty ($1,000 bond). The arrest report stated that 2 dogs were in a side yard, each in a separately fenced pen, with no cover to keep them out of the elements, and in the back yard were 5 dogs, each in a separate fenced pen, 3 with no cover and no access to shade except for a small dog kennel, which had temperatures of about 90 degrees, and the temperature of their drinking water was about 90 degrees. One kennel had a temperature of 96 degrees and the dirt run in that pen was 125 degrees. The dog in that pen was running in circles, in a panic, because his paws hurt from the heat. The same dog placed his paws on a brick and his back end onto a burned log, attempting to get his body away from the hot dirt. All the dogs were panting and highly stressed. One dog's dirt run was covered in feces, and his stomach was protruding at both sides. The report stated that the dogs' feces had not been cleaned in about two weeks, about two and a half weeks previously, Kirkland had placed a tarp over the pen of the puppies, and some of the dogs had shade, at certain times of the day, due to trees and the residence. The deputy charted that the temperature that day was 91 degrees, and that he was perspiring profusely while he was checking on the animals. Kirkland's 11 dogs were turned over to animal control officers.

UPDATED:  Hunter Joy Hayes, 28, of Jacksonville, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000, and burglary of an unoccupied residence ($14,000 bond). On April 17, 2022 (Easter Sunday), Ms. Hayes is accused of slashing three tires of a truck at a Floral City residence, with a replacement cost of $1,080 to the victim. In this case, a witness told deputies that Ms. Hayes had bragged to her about shashing the victim's tires. On the same day, Ms. Hayes is also accused of breaking into an unoccupied residence by breaking the window on the front porch, and taking a Schwinn two-seat bicycle, a silverware set, a cookware set and a vintage dinnerware set. In this case, Ms. Hayes admitted guilt, stating during an interview that she had cut herself on the broken glass, which had left blood at the scene that was collected as evidence.

Rudolph Theodore Cobb, 36, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for felony battery - committing battery with one previous battery conviction (no bond).

Mark Thomas Fielstra, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Allen Michael Hurst, 33, of Jennings, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Thomas Oliver Owens, 26, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Timmothy Michael Pearson, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).

John Curtis Bellamy, 32, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for violation of parole (no bond).
