James Joseph Frazier, 31, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or more but less than $1,000 ($1,000 bond).
Travis Dean Harscher, 37, of an unstated location of residence, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Joshua Michael Enkoff, 28, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer ($1,000 bond).
Thomas Williams, 33, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on an out of county warrant for criminal mischief of $200 or more but less than $1,000, and felony petit theft due to two or more theft convictions ($2,500 bond).
Stamatia Susan Theodosis, 57, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery (no bond).
Griffin Reid Hines, 22, of DeBary, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
UPDATED: Adrienne Shere Merritt, 31, of Inglis, FL, was charged with retail petit theft, a repeat offense ($2,000 bond). Ms. Merritt, while checking out her purchases at the self checkout area of the Inverness, FL Walmart store, is accused of scanning all her merchandise using a $0.98 price tag, paying only $3.92 for items valued at $63.22. The report also stated that she has five previous convictions for retail theft in the state of South Carolina.
UPDATED: Roberto Sanchez, 21, and Danni Lee Kesler, 29, both of Dunnellon, FL, were each charged with animal cruelty, with their bonds set at $2,000 each. The report stated that deputies arrived at their residence to find their pitbul dog, Charles, wearing a gray vest, chained to the back of a trailer in the back yard, with no food, water or shelter, with the dog's hip and back bones prominent, and his "face sunken in so far you could see the outline of its skull." The report stated that one of the owners admitted that the dog had reeived no medical care in more than two years.
