Edward Joseph Weber, 66, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
Timothy Forrest Strong, 30, of Hernando, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750, failure to appear in court on a felony charge, committing battery with a previous battery conviction, battery, and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($45,539 bond).
Christopher Ernest Reed, 39, of Inverness, FL was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an out of area warrant (no bond).
Peter Francis Bornschein, 42, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

UPDATED Joshua Timothy Huggins, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery of an emergency medical services provider ($5,000 bond). He's accused of kicking a health care employee at Bravera Health Seven Rivers hospital in Crystal River, FL who was attempting to obtain a urine specimen for testing.

Austin McCray Stauffer, 31, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).
UPDATED Frederick William Deckant, 59, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested by agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Tampa Bay Regional Operations Center, charged with 12 counts of knowinly possessing a photo or video with sexual conduct by a child, and 1 count of knowingliy distributing a photo or video with sexual conduct by a child ($195,000 bond). According to the agency's Facebook post, an undercover operation identified an IP address that was sharing suspected child pornography. Agents executed a search warrant at Deckant's home, and the arrest was the result of the search. The case will be prosecuted by the State Attorney's Office, Fifth Judicial Circuit.

Travis James Damron, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with loitering or prowling at a time or in a manner not usual to a lawful citizen, and possession of a controlled substance ($2,500 bond).

UPDATED Jeffrey Lee Gipe, 54, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with burglary of an occupied residence, burglary of an unoccupied residence, and simple stalking ($26,000 bond). The arrest report stated, according to information provided by the victim, around Oct. 31, 2021, Mr. Gipe learned that she was dating someone, and he become confrontational with her about it, by way of about 15 text messages, phone calls and in-person encounters. She said, on Dec. 4, about 4:45 pm, Mr. Gipe had entered her locked side door as she left her home by way of the front door, and she spoke with him. She said he'd followed her around her residence, asking her questions about her plans, and she told him to leave. She said they both left the residence, and he'd left on a bicycle he'd allegedly hidden behind her privacy fence. During the evening, she said, Gipe corresponded back and forth with her, and he'd sent her a photo of a personal card from her home, and when she returned home, a jacket she'd tossed onto the bed was missing, so the victim told a deputy that she believed Gipe had entered her home a second time while she was gone. On Dec. 8, the report stated, the victim obtained an injunction for protection against Mr Gipe.

Gary Eugene Perkins, 21, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical services provider, or public transit employee, etc. ($5,000 bond).
Kurt Matthew Freyman, 44, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery; and hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating to an offense or violation of probation (no bond).
Krystle M. O'Toole, 32, of Hernando, FL, was charged with burglary of an unocupied conveyance, and petit theft of less than $100 ($2,500 bond). The arrest report stated that the owner of a 2003 Ford utility vehicle reported to a Citrus County deputy that she found a stranger, later identified as Ms. O'Toole, asleep inside her vehicle. The vehicle owner told the deputy, that when Ms. O'Toole exited her vehicle, she dropped several items that belonged to the victim; the only item specified was a one dollar bill the victim claimed was one of four one dollar bills located inside the vehicle's cup holder. The victim provided the deputy with a photo of Ms. O'Toole (who appeared to be asleep), inside the vehicle, according to the arrest report.

UPDATED Johnnie Russell Arnett, 38, of Inglis, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). According to Arnett's arrest report, a server at Lollygaggers restaurant, located at 744 SE U.S. Hwy. 19, in Crystal River, FL, requested that Mr. Arnett be trespassed from the restaurant, claiming that Mr. Arnett was arguing with customers. Deputies arrived at the restaurant to find Mr. Arnett sitting in a chair on the patio at the front of the restaurant. When Mr. Arnett was informed that he was being trespassed from the restaurant, he stated to the deputies, "Go ahead and leave," according to the report, implying that he wanted the deputies to leave rather than himself, and when deputies insisted that he leave, Arnett "stumbled" toward the entrance to the restaurant rather than away from it, so he was placed under arrest.

Ryan Tyler Clark, 31, of Mesquite, NV, was charged with two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, falsely identifying hinself to a law enforcement officer, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license ($6,500 bond).
Christian Walter Anderson, 64, of an unstated location of residence, was charged with disorderly conduct ($500 bond).
Aaron Kyle Williams, 25, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with one count of aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer and five counts of resisting an officer without violence ($15,000 bond). During the Inverness, FL Christmas parade, Saturday afternoon, Williams is accused of driving recklessly into the intersection of U.S. Hwy 41 North and Montgomery Ave., swerving erratically around the barricades set out to prevent through traffic onto the parade route, striking a deputy with his vehicle, and resisting the commands of five other deputies to stop. The deputy struck by Williams' vehicle suffered minor injuries.
