Johnnie Russell Arnett, 38, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with trespassing after warning and petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that Mr. Arnett had been issued a trespass warning on Oct. 22, 2021 that informed him that he was not allowed to return to the Circle K convenience store/gas station, located at 4 U.S. Hwy. 19 in Inglis, FL. When the deputy took Mr. Arnett into custody, the report stated, he found that Arnett had a cold Four Loki Gold malt beverage, valued at $3.59, toward the front of his pants. The report stated that no other stores were open at the time of the arrest (11:39 pm), and Mr. Arnett had paid for a package of cigarettes, but not the malt beverage, which was returned to the store.
James T. Barker, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 25, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and resisting an officer without violence ($60,000 bond). He was also arrested on a second count of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
John Edward Blair, Jr., 35, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver, possession of cocaine and possession of drug equipment ($30,000 bond).
Catherine Maureen Borgstedte, 27, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Oct. 26, charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia ($31,000 bond).
John Campbell, 56, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Oct. 30, charged with driving under the influence with property damage, vehicular homicide while driving under the influence and vehicular homicide of a human being or unborn child ($155,000 bond).
Nicole Chronaberry, 48, of High Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 26, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
James Lee Colson, 29, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 21, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Oct. 28, charged with violation of probation (no bond).
Charla Donyahl Duncan, 26, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 25, on a Levy County, FL warrant. The report stated that she was arrested in the 7000 block of NW 165th St. in Trenton, FL, and the deputy recognized her from previous encounters. The warrant charged her with two counts of failure to appear in court, one on a charge of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license (the report stated she'd never had one) and the other for operating an unregistered motor vehicle ($2,500 bond). An arrest report stated, while the deputy and Ms. Duncan were enroute to the Levy County Detention Bureau, the deputy noticed, several times, that it appeared that Ms. Duncan was "attempting to stuff something" into the back seat of the patrol vehicle, and when they arrived at the detention bureau, the deputy located a small plastic baggie that contained fentanyl. The report stated that the patrol vehicle had been checked for contraband at the beginning of the deputy's shift, and none was found. Ms. Duncan was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($2,500 bond).
Daniel Fulladosa, 37, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Dewand Lewis Gibson, 23, of Interlachen, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).
Carrie Hendricks, 43, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 26, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Megan Jones, 29, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 25, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency.
Sheyenne Ashley Lindsey, 27, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 25, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).
Crystal London, 33, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Oct. 29, charged with failure to appear in court ($1,000 bond).
Wayne J. Maclin, 30, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 26, when a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a blue Dodge Caravan at 10:31 pm, due to the vehicle turning onto U.S. Hwy. 19 from E. Cason Blvd. in Inglis, without stopping at the stop sign. The report stated that Mr. Maclin, the driver, has no Florida driver's license and has never been issued one. Inside the van, deputies located two plastic baggies that contained a marijuana/heroin blend totaling 50.16 grams, 5.72 grams of methamphetamine, two baggies that contained a crystal-like substance and drug paraphernalia items that included several large baggies, a weight scale with a leafy residue and a smoking pipe that tested positive for methamphatemine. Mr. Maclint told the deputy, that earlier in the day, a relative had asked him to deliver the drugs to an address in Inglis, and he agreed to do it for gas money. The passenger inside the van told deputies that she'd allowed Maclin to drive her van because she was not feeling well. Maclin was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; trafficking in heroin and possession of drug equipment ($177,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
John Anthony Mahatcek, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($50,000 bond). According to the arrest report, a store clerk requested that Mr. Mahatcek be trespassed from the Dollar General store, located at 95 U.S. Hwy. 19 South in Inglis, FL, because he'd been inside the store and the store's bathroom for several hours. When the deputy arrived, the report stated, he found Mr. Mahatcek standing in the laundry detergent aisle. The deputy asked Mr. Mahatcek to step outside, and explained to him that the store employee wanted him trespassed from the store. While speaking with Mr. Mahatcek, according to the report, the deputy noticed that he exhibited signs of possibly being under the influence of methamphetamine, and Mr. Mahatcek gave the deputy permission to search his person. During the search, the deputy located a crystalline substance that tested positive for methamphetamine, however Mr. Mahatcek told the deputy that the drug was not his, and he felt that he was being set up, but by whom he did not know, that he's had trouble recently in Citrus County and he's also currently homeless due to an injunction.
Burt Massey, 53, of Inglis, FL, was arrested in Sumter County, FL on Oct. 27 and held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for court.
Jessica Shea Mathis, 32, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 25, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).
Andre Deshawn Odam, 19, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 12 and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Oct. 26, charged with battery by a person detained in a prison or jail faciliy ($25,000 bond) and probation violation (no bond).
Dennis Paul Pattengale, 49, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 26, charged with battery ($10,000 bond).

Johannes Van-Akkeren, 51, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Oct. 27, charged with sexual assault of a disabled adult and sexual assault of a 16 to 17 year-old minor ($3,000,000 bond). He was also charged with probation violation (no bond).
