Richard Cabral, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 7, 2025, on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).

Michael Joseph Crivier, II, 38, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 4, 2025, charged with withholding support of a child, children, or spouse (bond set at credit for time served).

James Larry Davis, Jr., 33, of Middleburg, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, August 8, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($10,000 bond) and contempt of court by violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($75,000 bond).

Bradley Dye, 39, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 7, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment ($20,000 bond).

UPDATE: Elizabeth Ann Esiel, 34, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 3, 2025, charged with possession of drug equipment, and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana (both bonds were set at release on her own recognizance). She was also charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($3,000 bond).
The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted, just before 3:00 p.m., because of a traffic violation: Esiel was riding a bicycle in an eastbound direction in the westbound lane of County Road 40 East, near Sandi St., in Inglis. The report stated, that due to Esiel's apparent nervousness and K-9 Behr alerting to the presence of narcotics on the bicycle, the bicycle was searched. Inside a bag on the bicycle, deputies found a glass pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine, 4 grams of methamphetamine, 7.6 grams of cannabis (Esiel has no medical marijuana card), 3.1 grams of THC wax, and a Taurus brand semi-automatic handgun.

Jason Richard Files, 61, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 7, 2025, charged with battery, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($15,000 bond).

Yonatan Misael B. Gonzalez-Barrientos, 23, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 8, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($150 bond).

Jermaine Cordell Green, 43, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 5, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Regina Kay Harris, 50, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, August 8, 2025, charged with possession of a harmful, new, or legend drug without a prescription; criminal attempt to solicit or conspire in a third degree felony, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, dealing in stolen property, two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; sale of cocaine, two counts of sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a specified area, possession of a structure or vehicle associated with the sale of drugs, possession of drug equipment, and two counts of use of a two-way communication device to facilitate the commission of a felony ($560,000 bond).

Danial Jeremiah Hartley, 45, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, August 5, 2025, charged with battery, a repeat offense ($5,000 bond).

Terry Jenkins, 64, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 6, 2025, charged with false imprisonment of an adult ($25,000 bond).

Cedrick Johnson, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, August 8, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense; possession of a harmful, new, or legend drug without a prescription; criminal attempt to solicit or conspire in the commission of a third degree felony, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, dealing in stolen property, keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity, sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a specified area, sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a specified area, possession of methaqualone or a methaqualone derivitive within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, sale of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a business or place of worship, possession of drug equipment, and use of a two-way communication device to facilitate the commission of a felony ($775,000, bond).

Tony Knight, 40, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 7, 2025, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($20,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Union County, FL warrant (no bond).
According to the LCSO, Knight was wanted on an outstanding Union County warrant, and reported to be at a location in Otter Creek. Detectives, along with Deputy Alton Horne and his K-9 (canine) partner, Behr, entered the residence in question and searched for Knight, who was located hiding in a closet. Knight refused the commands of detectives to surrender, which resulted in K-9 Behr's intervention and the use of a taser (electronic stun device). Knight was treated on scene by EMS personnel and taken into custody. During a search of his person, Knight was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.

Jason Land, 38, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, August 11, 2025, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($750 bond).

Marquel Marseille, 27, of Boynton Beach, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 7, 2025, charged with failure to appear in court (no bond).

Frank McCain, 46, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, August 3, 2025, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license ($7,500 bond). UPDATE: Donald Raye Nelson, 34, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 10, 2025, on a Levy County warrant charging him with battery of a person 65 years of age or older, and unarmed burglary of an occupied dwelling ($75,000 bond). Around 10:30 am, Nelson was observed by a deputy, in the area of E. Cason Blvd. and Sapp St. in Inglis, riding a bicycle in the wrong direction, and a traffic stop was conducted. During the traffic stop, the deputy learned of the warrant and placed Nelson under arrest.

Jose Perez, 53, of Garland, TX, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 6, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($150 bond).

Raymond Shiver, Jr., 39, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), August 7, 2025, on Marion County, FL warrants charging him with failure to appear in court, unlawful use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony, solicitation to commit the sale of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond). He was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($15,000 bond).
According to the LCSO, aound 7:00 that morning, members of the agency's Criminal Investigation Division and Patrol Division received a tip that Shiver was hiding at a location in Morriston. When detectives and deputies arrived at the location, K-9 (canine) Behr alerted to one of several vehicles on the property, where Shiver was found hiding. He was taken into custody. Detectives searched the vehicle and located a baggie that contained methamphetamine.

Reshard Corneilus Thompson, 39, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 10, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense; possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and trafficking in a controlled substance ($175,000 bond). He was also arrested on two out of county warrants, with one bond set at no bond, and the other bond set at $3070, cash only.

Joseph Justin Tomaszewski, 33, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 10, 2025, charged with three counts of failure to appear in court with his bonds set at $2,000, $4,000, and $5,000.

Timothy Eugene Videon, 36, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, August 10, 2025, charged with violation of a condition of pre-trial release on a domestic violence charge, and contempt of court for violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).
