UPDATED: Devin Garren Donald, 30, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), July 27, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense; using or displaying, etc. a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of cocaine, possession of drug equipment, and destroying, tampering with, or fabricating physical evidence ($55,000 bond).
According to the LCSO, a deputy on patrol on State Road 121 conducted a traffic stop when he paced a vehicle traveling 72 mph in a 60 mph posted speed zone. According to the deputy, the driver, Donald, did not pull over right away, and when the deputy spoke with Donald, he smelled an overwhelmming odor of burned marijuana. The deputy noticed that Donald constantly hid his hands.
The deputy learned that Donald's driver's license was currently suspended, and that it had been suspended twelve times since 2019. Donald was placed under arrest.
Before Donald's vehicle was towed, deputies searched it and found a 9mm handgun with a fully loaded extended magazine, along with an empty pill bottle that contained crack cocaine. According to the LCSO, Donald had apparently delayed the traffic stop while attempting to get rid of the cocaine.

Maurice Lamonte Graham, 54, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 22, 2025, charged with withholding support of a child, children, or spouse ($700 cash only bond). He was also arrested on two out of county warrants with cash bonds set at $500 and $1,500.

Courtney Cordelroe Harvey, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 21, 2025, charged with felony battery, and child abuse without great bodily harm ($5,000 bond).

Glen Patrick Hawke, 57, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 26, 2025, charged with battery (release on his own recognizance bond).

Jena Hindsley, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, July 24, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($7,000 bond).

James Alan Hutchins, 42, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, July 25, 2025, charged with sexual assault of a victim between the ages of 16 to 17 years of age, and two counts of lewd or lascivious behavior toward a victim between the ages of 12 to 16 years of age (no bond).
