Seth Alan Vachon, 41, of Floral City, FL, was charged with two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($6,000 bond).
Amber Faith Peterson, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested in the area of St. Michael the Archangel Church, located at 4705 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond), She was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash only purge bond).
Kurt Matthew Freyman, 44, of Inglis, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, with three previous convictions ($2,000 bond). The report stated that the arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted in Homosassa, FL, due to Freyman driving a green Kia utility vehicle at 33 mph in a 25 mph speed zone on W. Matador Ln. at W. Shadow Ct., although his license is suspended, and he's been convicted of driving while license suspended three previous times, on Nov. 27, 2000, Nov. 6, 2001 and Dec. 4, 2001.
Andrew P. Marsh, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Ashley Nicole Smith, 31, of Floral City, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, second offense ($2,000 bond).
Desiree Rosemaria Obremski, 36, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Christopher Jordan Barclay, 41, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond).
Surleta Reshell McMahon, 37, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with her bond set at none. The report stated that her drug probation requires that she submit to random testing for alcohol and controlled substances, and she provided her probation officer with a urine specimen that had been tampered with.
Daniel Robert Parker, 33, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.
Chauncey Markham, 55, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Christopher Alan Barnes, 22, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
Thomas Robert Caromano, 47, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant, charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense; and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement ($3,500 bond).
Jonathan Ross O'Donnell, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked) with his bond set at $705.
Inostroza Herme, 49, of Lake Wales, FL, was charged with driving wile license knowingly suspended ($500 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop of a black Nissan vehicle traveling east of W. Main St. in Inverness (in the area of Line Ave.) with inoperable brake lights. The report stated that driver Herme's driver's license had been suspended indefinitely on Dec. 29, 2020.
Douglas Eugene Garnett, 53, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at his residence on two Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court; one on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended (no bond) and the other on misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended and driving under the influence (no bond).
Nicole Joy Harrison, 37, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Brian Oneal Luther, 38, of Tavares, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond). A deputy reported, at 2:47 am, that he trespassed Mr. Luther from the Racetrac gas station, located at 3861 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL, and told Mr. Luther, that if he returned to the gas station, he would be placed under arrest. The report stated that Mr. Luther walked across S. Suncoast Blvd. to the shopping center across the street, only to return a short time later, while the deputy was still at the gas station completing his paperwork, and allegedly stated to him, "What would happen if I went to jail tonight?" The deputy then placed Mr. Luther under arrest, and it could be assumed that Mr. Luthere learned the answer to his question after he arrived at the Citrus County Detention Facility. On Luther's person, the deputy located a shortened red plastic straw that tested positive for fentanyl (a controlled substance) according to the arrest report.
Benjamin Tito Rodriguez, 43, of Ocala, FL, was charged with child abuse without causing great bodily harm ($5,000 bond).

Stephen Mark Lane, 60, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with disorderly public intoxication ($500 bond)
Richard Ryan McGee, 57, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($500 bond).
Mark William Dolan, 51, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in Inverness, at the intersection of S. Florida Ave. and S. Airport Rd., conducted after a deputy checked a vehicle's tag number and learned that the registered owner's (Mr. Dolan's) license was invalid. During the traffic stop while the deputy was on the passenger side of the vehicle chatting with the passenger, a deputy saw Mr. Dolan toss a small blue cylinder from the driver's side window, the report stated, that contained approximately one gram of methamphetamine.
Geoffrey Shore, 49, of Spring Hill, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($113 bond).
Kevin Charles Stone, 44, of Ocala, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Henley Wayne Corne, 39, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Circle K gas station, located at 817 South U.S. Hwy. 41 in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond).
Clarence Robert Pearson, II, 45, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at N. Lecanto Hwy. and W. Murray St. in Beverly Hills, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing ($2,000 bond).
Sammantha Danielle Driggers, 19, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked) with her bond set at none.
Herme Inostroza, 49, of Sebring, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Highlands, County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($8.000 cash purge bond)
Demond Lydell Corbin, 47, of Wildwood, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($2,500 bond).
Nicholas Andrew Nichols, 29, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest was made during the traffic stop of an off-road vehicle, a Polaris side by side all terrain vehicle, driven by Mr Nichols, on N. Citrus Ave. at W. Glendale Ct. in Dunnellon. The report stated that Mr. Nichols appeared disheveled, his eyes were glassy, and he smelled of alcohol, that he performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his breath alcohol test results were measured at 0.078 and 0.077 (slightly less that the legal limit of 0.08).
Jennifer Ann White, 49, of Old Town, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond).

Anthony Dustin Dolberry, 40, of Scottsboro, AL, was charged with driving under the influence and driving while license knowingly suspended, first offense ($1,500 bond). The report stated that an off-duty officer from the Wildwood (Florida) Police Department came upon a vehicle (driven by Mr. Dolberry) that was stopped in the middle of the roadway, causing traffic to drive around it, on N. Florida Ave. at E. Dearborn Dr. in Hernando, FL. The report stated that the off duty officer had helped the driver, Mr. Dolberry, push the vehicle out of the roadway. A deputy with the Citrus County Sheriff's Office arrived on scene; he reported that Dolberry spoke with a "thick tongue," that he was unable to follow the deputy's instructions on how to locate his identification the deputy had asked to see, and he also had difficulty staying within the conversation as to why he'd stopped his vehicle in the middle of the roadway. (The off duty officer told the deputy that Mr. Dolberry was unsuccessfully attempting to pick up an object he'd dropped on the floorboard when he'd stopped to check on the driver.) The report also stated that Dolberry performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his Tennessee driver's license had been suspended.
Kaitlyn Elaine Kane, 27, of Mascotte, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment warrant ($778 bond).
Michael L. Kutsunakis, 62, of Hernando, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).
Jazz Lamarr Wise, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested in the 7100 block of W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Lisa Ann Trombley, 48, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Melissa Rose Tallent, 53, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with property damage ($2,000 bond).
Nicole Celeste Andre, 53, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation. She was also charged witth introduction of contraband (drugs or narcotics) into a detention facility ($5,000 bond).
Ryan Robert Bellcase, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with two counts of failure to appear in court on a felony charge.
Ronald Jason Hammons, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with grand theft of $5,000 or more, but less than $10,000 ($2,000 bond).
Dustin Ryan Holmes, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation. He was also charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked and failing to stop or fleeing from a law enforcement officer after being ordered to stop ($2,500 bond).
Jason Earl Gann, 46, of Lecanto, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence) with his bond set at $155.
Troy Sterling Thomas, Sr., 52, of Beverly Hills, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for battery, second offense) with his bond set at none.
Jessica Lynn Camden, 28, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on an Osceola County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft with previous theft convictions and providing a law enforcement officer with false information ($3,000 bond)
Tia Denean Graves, 55, of Weeki Wachee, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated, that at 1:22 am, a deputy found Ms. Graves sitting in the driver's seat of a while U-Haul rental truck that was parked in the parking lot of the Mobile gas station, located at 7810 S. Florida Ave, in Floral City, although the gas station had closed at 10:00 pm. When he asked Ms. Graves for identification, the report stated, the deputy noticed a pink plastic baggie on the floorbord by Ms. Graves' feet that contained 0.74 gram of methamphetamine.

Rogeras Eugene Rutledge, 53, at large in the Crystal River, FL area, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated, that due to complaints being made of Mr. Rutleldge yelling profanities at customers at the RaceTrac gas station, located at 1001 NE 5th St. in Crystal River, he was trespassed from the business. About an hour and a half later, a deputy was dispatched to the BP gas station, located at 662 NE Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, with a similar complaint. Three witnesses told the deputy that Mr. Rutledge had been yelling threats and obscenities at them and knocking merchandise from the shelves. The deputy reported that he found Mr. Rutledge inside the store, agitated and exhibiting signs of possibly being under the influence of narcotics. When the deputy attempted to take Mr. Rutledge into custody, the report stated, he resisted the deputy's attempts to place him into handcuffs.
Robert John Cummins, II, 57, of Crystal River, Fl, was charged with violation of an injunction by committing an act of stalking against the petitioner (no bond).
Antwanna Lanette Gaynor, 33, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of drug parpahernalia ($1,000 bond) and violation of felony probation.
Ashley Ann Campbell, 31, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for illegal possession of meprobamate) with her bond set at none.
Peter Alan Benson, 56, of Floral City, FL, was charged with two counts of failure to comply with sex offender resigtration laws.
Patrick Henry Kruis, Jr., 55, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine) with his bond set at none. He was transported by the Hernando County Sheriff's Office from the Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Carl Leonard Marcy, III, 46, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County, FL writs of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support. His cash purge bonds were set at $2,678 and $570. He was transported by the Hernando County Sheriff's Office from the Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Michael Anthony Hogan, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of petit theft of less than $100.
Kerri Lee O'Brien, 41, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).
Darien Richard Weidler, 27, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, with previous convictions ($1,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a traffic stop was conducted on a blue Volkswagon four-door vehicle, traveling east on E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. near S. Elmwood Dr. in Inverness, FL, when a deputy's license plate reader alerted that the driver's license of the registered owner (Mr. Weidler, who was driving the vehicle) had been suspended, on Aug. 23, 2021, and he'd been convicted of driving while his license was suspended or revoked on Oct. 1, 2014 and Dec. 27, 2018.
Sarah Danielle Sparaccio, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Marion County, FL warrant for aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).
Rachael Carrabotta, 39, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).

Christopher Evan Rice, 31, of Hernando, FL, was charged with resisting an officer wihout violence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy observed Mr. Rice riding a bicycle on N. Florida Ave., without any visable lights, about 10:40 pm, and a deputy followed him to Hernando Park, located at 2552 N. Railroad Way in Hernando, FL, where Mr. Rice allegedly refused to provide the deputy with his name and address, or identification.
Stephanie Danielle Leibrand, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).
Andrew David Meaders, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with using a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, etc. ($1,000 bond).
Jimmy Hunter Burke, 24, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond) and domestic battery (no bond).
Jason Alan Steadman, 40, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with two previous previous convictions ($1,000 bond). The report stated, in regard to a white Ford four-door vehicle traveling east on NE 5th St. (Hwy. 44) in Crystal River, FL, a stationary license plate reader indicated that the registered owner's (Mr. Steadman's) driver's license had been suspended on March 5, 2021. A deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at NE 5th St., near the intersection with NE 9th Ave. The report stated that Mr. Steadman was the driver, and he'd previously been convicted of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license on Sept. 16, 2005 and May 6, 2009.
Shweta Hebbar, 31, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.
Daniel Paul McKeown, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). The report stated, that on Sept. 12, 2021, Mr. McKeown had been trespassed from Neffer's Bowling, located at 3655 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, and when a deputy found him standing in the parking lot on Sept. 29, he was taken into custody.
Salvatore Rocco Romano, 58, of Hernando, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($5,000 bond).
Olivia Maria Mitchell, 31, of Homosassa, FL was arrested at her residence on a Marion County, FL warrant for grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000, and gross fraud or cheating ($10,000 bond).
