Rebecca Marie McKenna, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Richard W. Sweetser, 74, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($4,000 bond).

Adam Ezekiel Hollenback, 31, of Inverness, FL, was arrested in the 1300 block of N. Florida Ave. in Inverness, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Thomas Paul Smith, 25, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of marijuana greater than 20 grams) with his bond set at none.

Brian James  Parker, 24, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of failure to register a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).

Shaylene Marie Pelham, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation.

Tina Mari Joyce, 49, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft. She's accused of failing to scan and pay for $40.65 in items when she scanned and paid for other items at the self checkout area of the Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, then exiting the store with the merchandise.

Cierra Gail Bartges, 23, of Archer, FL, was arrested at the intersection of N. Backdoor Ter. and E. Overdrive Cir, in Hernando, FL, on a Levy County, FL warrant for two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for violation of pretrial release on a battery charge) with her bond et at none.

Keith Patrick Hendry, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at W. McKinley St. and S. Kerley Way in Homosassa, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license suspended or revoked, a second or subsequent offense) with his bond set at $2,000.

Tiffany Lynn Horne, 24, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Guy William Wedegartner, 28, of Hernando, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on two counts of misdemeanor battery ($2,000 bond). 

Brook Ashley Marbello, 49, of St. Petersburg FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation.

Deseraye Shanice Ford, 29, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation.

Dana Lea Harbison, 24, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, and giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker ($10,000 bond).

Two people were detained during a traffic stop conducted at 2:51 am, due to a gold SUV, traveling north on S. Florida Ave. (Inverness or Floral City, FL area) failing to maintain a single lane for a short distance. The driver told a deputy that he was using his cell phone, the report stated. Shannon Melissa Spangler, 41, of Homosassa, FL was issued a notice to appear citation for possession of drug paraphernalia, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance; Thomas Wayne Hale, 30, also of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, with his bond set at $1,000.

Harley Ockerman, 41, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

John Graydon Pendergast, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, depriving a law enforcement officer of a communication device, grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000; criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, and criminal mischief of $200 or less ($19,500 bond). The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to the 6800 block of W. Cyrus St. in Crystal River, due to the complaint of a man, later identified as Mr. Pendegast, trying to attack people and jump in front of traffic. Pendergast was transported by the deputy to Beverly Hills, FL for medical evaluation, where he had allegedly attacked the deputy. A second deputy reported that the deputy's lower left lip was swollen and bleeding, he had two scratches to his forehead and his uniform shirt was ripped in several places. The arrest report stated, about 10:15 pm, that Mr. Pendergast, had pulled on the passenger door handle of a deputy's patrol car (while it was parked at Fire Station #13 in Beverly Hills, FL) with such force that it broke off the door handle, and Pendergast then ran to the parking lot of the medical office (3375 N. Lecanto Hwy.) where the deputy approached him, and that is when Pendergast allegedly punched the deputy's face and ripped off the portable radio from his uniform, ripping his uniform shirt. The deputy used his taser (electronic stun weapon) on Mr. Pendergast, but he ran away, and the second deputy located him standing at the front door of the medical office, trying to catch his breath. The second deputy held his taser on Pendergast and ordered him to get onto the ground and place his hands behind his back, and Pendergast complied and was taken into custody. The report stated, while in the rear of the patrol vehicle, Mr. Pendergast kicked the door, allegedly stating he kicked the door because he wanted the window rolled down.

Madison Jean Lee Learned, 26, of Webster, FL, was charged with battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, and battery of an emergency care provider ($15,000 bond). Deputies were dispatched to Citrus Memorial Hospital, located at 502 W Highland Blvd, in Inverness, FL, due to the report of a disturbance. Deputies arrived on scene to find that Ms. Learned was attempting to leave the emergency room triage area, but she had not been medically cleared for discharge. The report stated that Ms. Learned was threatening hospital staff members and deputies, that a nurse forcefully attempted to restrain her, and a sedative was adminstered to her, but it had not yet taken effect, when she began to kick a nurse in the chest area, numerous times, broke the restraints, and also kicked a depuity twice. A short time later, a physician cleared Ms. Learned for discharge, and she was placed under arrest.

Megan Lindsey Mowat, 33, of Branford, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($4,000 bond). According to the arrest report, during a traffic stop at the Shell gas station, located at 3502 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills, FL, the driver, Ms. Mowat, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine. The report also stated that Ms. Mowat's driver's license had been revoked on Feb. 20, 2014 as the result of a theft case.

Tracie Lynn Russell, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and burglary of an occupied residence ($27,000 bond). Ms Russell is accused of entering the garage of a Crystal River, FL residence and driving a Yahama G6 motorcycle from the garage while two people were inside the home. The report stated that the two residents ran after the woman, later identified as Ms. Russell, pulled her off the motorcycle, and held her until deputies arrived. The owner had recently purchased the motorcycle for $2,500, according to the report. Ms. Russell told a deputy that she was looking to see if a trailer inside the garage was hers, and she had to move the motorcycle to see the trailer tag. The report also stated that Ms. Rusell, "an active felon registered in Citrus County as such in 2020," was in possession of a 7.82-caliber round of ammunition.

Dustin Logan Kato, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($500 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in the area of W. Cardinal St. and S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, due to the driver, Mr. Kato, failing to use a turn signal when making a left turn, and also due to the vehicle's tag being obstucted by a cover, and the tag not currently being registered to a vehicle but previously registered to a silver Dodge vehicle. The report also stated that Mr. Kato's driver's license had been revoked on May 9, 2016.

Ashlie Rose Thayer, 27, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft. She's accused of not scanning and paying for $51.70 in merchandise while scanning and paying for other items at the self checkout area of the Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL   

Paul Amir Kazemi, 55, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested in the 800 block of SE U.S. Highway 19 in Crystal River, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for grand theft) with his bond set at none.

Alicia Lorraine Mosley, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked) with her bond set at none.

Kyle Anthony Foxworth Chambers, 32, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Loren Wyatt Lea, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less ($500 bond). Mr. Lea is accused of kicking the door of a metal shed, denting the door, at a S. Arundel Ter., Homosassa property.

Garry Francis Whitney, 38, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulaltion (no bond) and resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Michael Nazario Jimenez, 31, of Spring Hill, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($2,500 bond). During a traffic stop in the 1300 block of S. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, due to a vehicle failing to stay within it's lane of travel while traveling north at speeds from 43 mph to 62 mph, the driver, Mr. Nazario Jiminez, was found to be in possession of 48.7 grams of cannabis, and his driver's license had previously been suspended or revoked, according to the report.

Callum Mansfield, 49, of Dunnellon, FL, was  charged with driving under the influence ($2,000 bond).

Joseph Alia Tascarella, 26, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

James Mickel Mutch, 51, of Lecanto, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. During a traffic stop conducted due to a black Pontiac vehicle having an expired temporary paper tag, the driver, Mr. Mutch, was found to be in possession of an injection needle that tested positive for methamphetamine, according to the report.

Veronica Marie Sorenson, 37, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond) and violation of felony probation (no bond). Deputies were on an unrelated call for service at a residence in the 7900 block of S. Great Oaks Dr.  in Floral City, when Ms. Sorenson exited the residence in possession of a glass smoking pipe that contained methamphetamine residue, according to the report, which placed her in violation of her probation for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. 

Robert Eugene Bunch, 62, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Jack Benjamin Purcell, Jr., 44, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving while license suspended or revoked, a second or subsequent offense) with his bond set at none.

James David Earley, 46, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($928 cash purge bond).

Edwin Ruiz Sanchez, 45, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy went to Mr. Sanchez's home due to "multiple" Marion County, FL arrest warrants for Mr. Sanchez, and as the deputy grabbed Sanchez's left hand to place him into handcuffs, Sanchez took off running. The deputy reported that he dove at Sanchez, and they both fell, but Sanchez got up and began running again, so the deputy attempted to slow him with his taser (electronic stun weapon) but the taser's barbs did not make contact with 
Sanchez; however, Sanchez stumbled and the deputy was able to take him into custody. The warrant information was not listed on the report.

Andrew P. Marsh, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the intersection of S. Kings Ave. and W. Revere Ln. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment ($1,178 bond).

Brandon Aaron Wood, 37, of Lecanto, FL,  turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on two Citrus County, FL arrest warrants; one was a writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash purge bond) and the other was a warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for grand theft) with his bond set at none.

Danny John Gray, 33, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 of less ($500 bond). While at the Walmart store, loated at 1936 W. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, Mr. Gray is accused of taking a cellular phone (valued at $19.99) from its packaging, placing it in his pocket, and then exiting the store without paying for the item.

Holly Rachelle Pinney, 31, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and introduction of contraband (drugs or narcotics) into a detention facility ($5,000 bond).

Salima Annette Nicole Sibblies, 40, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Gretchen Natalie Wynkoop, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing an officer without violence (no bond). She was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Mackenzie Everet Speir, 32, of Morriston, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanr charge of failing to register a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond). He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Terrance Bernard Jenkins, 28, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court  on charges of grand theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond). He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Kenneth David Personette, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft with a previous theft conviction ($2,000 bond). He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Marcelino Ruiz Gomez, 23, of Orlando, FL, was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid license ($500 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted in Beverly Hills, FL, due to the driver, Mr. Ruiz Gomez, who has no valid driver's license, failing to make a complete stop (traveling southbound) on N. Monroe St. at the stop sign at the intersection with Beverly Hills Blvd. 

Mishauna Danielle Campbell, 35, of Hernando, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond) and resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Woody Casavettes Doe, 43, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted in Citrus Springs, FL, due to the driver, Mr. Doe, (traveling south) failing to come to a complete stop at the stop sign at the intersection of N. Citrus Springs Blvd. and N. Deltona Ave., and his driver's license had been suspended on Oct. 8, 2020, the report stated.

Christopher William Lake, 49, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domesic battery (no bond).

Dennis Victor Mansfield, Jr., 49, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

John Darin Young, 58, of Lecanto, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond). He's accused of stealing (on Sept. 2, 2021) a trailer from a vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Walmart store, located at 2461 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, FL. The store's surveillance video shows a person from small, two-toned GMC pickup truck removing the trailer and attaching it to the GMC pickup truck and driving away. Deputies located the owner of the GMC pickup truck, who told deputies he'd loaned it to Mr. Young on the day in question. Deputies also spoke with another witness, who told deputies he'd traveled with Mr. Young to the Walmart store, on the day of the theft, to assist Mr. Young in removing the trailer from the other vehicle, but the witness said he was under the impression that the trailer belonged to Mr. Young.

John Burton Wyatt, 58, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and driving while license knowngly suspended with previous convictions ($11,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 19 and W. Chassahowitzka St. in Homosassa, due to a deputy recognizing the driver and being aware that his driver's license had been suspended.

James Paul Clark, 80, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).

Robert Joseph Ferguson, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

Taiwan Bacome, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

Travis Walter Weimert, 33, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Robert John Lopresti, Jr., 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office, located at 1630 Highway 41 N. in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for willfully fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer) with his bond set at none.

Robert Joseph Ferguson, 24, of Hernando, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

Robert Louis McCarron, 54, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for battery) with his bond set at none.

James Robert Alvarez, 53, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Robert Ray Noon, III, 47, of Spring Hill, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Hernando County, FL warrant for resisting an officer without violence, two counts of operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, theft of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($6,000 bond) and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Jamie Lynn Brown, 44, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Donald Gregory Scoggins, 45, of Crystal River, FL, and Brian Wayne Phillips, 39, of Homosassa, FL, were arrested during a traffic stop, due to a stop sign violation, at the intersection of S. Breen Terrace and W. Oakpark Blvd. in Sugarmill Woods (Homosassa), FL. Driver Phillips was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams (1.88 grams) with his bond set at $1,000. Passenger Scoggins was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,500 bond); he was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Marcus Manuel Davis, 44, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond). He's accused of failing to scan and pay for $40.26 in merchandise while checking out his purchases at the self checkout area of the Walmart store, located at 1936 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, then exiting the store without paying for the items. The incident was recorded on the store's surveillance, according to the report.

Undrell Steven Sneed, 41, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). During a traffic stop of a 1998 Oldsmobile vehicle conducted at N. Lecanto Hwy. and W. Flare Ln. in Lecanto, FL for an unspecified traffic violation, Mr. Sneed was found to be in possession of 1.6 grams of cocoaine, according to the report.

Robert Casey Burdette, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Estevan Villegas, 40, of New Britain, CT, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest was the result of several complaints of a red Nissan Altima with a flat tire and a bumper that was "falling off," driving recklessly on Hwy. 44 East, near E. Gospel Island Rd. in Inverness, FL. Deputies locarted the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Hwy. 44 East (Inverness). The report stated that driver Villegas' breath smelled of alcohol, his eyes were glassy and bloodshot, he made exaggerated hand motions and told a deputy that he'd consumed "a few" alcoholic beverages and smoked "a little bit of weed." The report also stated that Villegas performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his breath alcohol test results were 0.133 and 0.126 (the legal limit is 0.08).

William Clarence Vent, 27, of Dunnellon, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for petit theft, first offense) with his bond set at none.    

Bryan William Bradford, 36, of Inverness, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash purge bond).

Ronald Wayne Ramsey, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it ($1,000 bond).

Mario Lorenzo Farmer, Jr., 23, of Wildwood, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Sumter County, FL warrant for fleeing from or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer ($2,000 bond) and also on a Sumter County, FL pickup order, revoking his bond on charges of drug possession, possession of cannabis 20 grams or less, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Brent Terrance Mathuse, 31, of Homosassa, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash purge bond).

Adam Albert Waller, 40, of Floral City, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($2,070 cash purge bond).

Charles Jacob Turner, 27, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

James Edward Johnson, 39, and Jennifer Lauren Baum, 32, both of Inverness, FL, were arrested at 2:07 am. Mr. Johnson was charged with trafficking in 4 grams or more of a Schedule II controlled substance, and two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance ($29,000 bond). Ms. Baum was charged with trafficking in 4 grams or more of a Schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($30,000 bond).

James Scott Sandora, 38, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic viokence (no bond).

Robert Byron Slusser, 65, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($6,000 bond). He's accused of pointing a gun and yelling at three people as they drove past his residence in a golf cart.

Jason Allen Willey, 40, of Floral City, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual offender and attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it ($2,500 bond).

Darcy Lee Fuentes, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and driving while license knowingly suspended, second offense ($2,500 bond). During the traffic stop of a red Mitsubishi vehicle due to the driver having a suspended driver's license, as of Aug. 2, 2021, driver Fuentes was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, the report stated.

Gabrielle Christine England, 20, of Hernando, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Jordan Debra Gazaway, 35, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond) and also charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Chauncey Markham, 55, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on two warrants: one for possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond) and the other for possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). 

Corenne Margaret Beck, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was taken into custody at the intersection of Highway 44 and N.
