David Joseph Martin, 44, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery and aggravated asssault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).
Bryan Douglas Jones, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at W. Park Dr. and W. Cardinal St. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment ($400 bond).
Ryan Anthony MacDonald, 35, of Homosassa, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash purge bond).
Gregory Kipp Mowat, II, 36, of Homosassa, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 cash purge bond).
Colton Ruger Smith, 28, of Hernando, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($928 cash purge bond).
Richard Edward Moore, 64, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.
Mario Lorenzo Farmer, Jr., 23, of Wildwood, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; resisting an officer without violence, trafficking in greater than four grams of a Schedule II controlled substance, trafficking in methamphetamine, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated and in disregard of safety ($66,000 bond).
Cameron Matthew Scrudato, 43, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence as a fugitive from justice on a Warren County, NJ warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a victim less than 13 years-old (no bond).
Chad Warren Ross, 41, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
At 8:17 am, Brittany Lynn Lettieri, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL; Brian Patrick Fahey, 37, of Lecanto, FL; and Shannon Melissa Spangler, 39, of Homosassa, FL, were each charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, with their bonds set at $1,000 each.
Richard Michael Fletcher, II, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated ($2,000 bond).
Mark Thogode, 49, of Weeki Wachee, FL, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted at S. Suncoast Blvd. and S. Palace Path in Homosassa, FL due to a 2014 gray GMC pickup truck traveling 60 mph in a 45 mph speed zone, the driver, Mr. Thogode, smelled of alcohol, and his eyes were dilated, according to a report, which also stated that Mr. Thogode admited he'd consumed about three beers, earlier in the evening, and he also performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing.

Two people were arrested in a burglary case when they drove by the burglary location while a deputy was there investigating the crime. The two suspects were Heather May Moon, 31, who is homeless, according to her arrest report, and Collin Ryder O'Neill, 29, of Homosassa, FL. The report stated that a deputy spoke wih a victim in the area of S. Lima Ave. and W. Classic Ln. in Homosassa, who reported that she arrived home to find a silver Volkswagon sedan (she gave the license plate number) parked in her driveway, with the trunk open and tools inside, and two people, later identified as Ms. Moon and Mr O'Neill. The victim provided a video that showed Ms. Moon entering the passenger side of the vehicle and Mr. O'Neill exiting her residence and getting into the driver's seat of the vehicle, with the vehicle's trunk open, showing tools. Items the victim reported missing, with an estimated value of $1,250, included an electrical junction box, a pressure washer, two weed eaters, a hedge trimmer attachment, a tire iron, pruning shears, a tape measure, a shovel, and two tires. While the deputy was speaking with the victim, the silver Volkswagon sedan, with the trunk open, slowly drove by, and the deputy detained the two people inside - Ms. Moon and Mr. O'Neill. Tools belonging to the victim were found inside the Volkswagon. Each was charged with burglary of an unoccupied residence, with their bonds set at $10,000 each. The report stated that Ms. Moon was wearing a dress (valued at $12) and carrying a backpack (valued at $20) that the victim said belonged to her.
Larry Gene Sturkie, Jr., 25, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at Little Springs Park, located at 127 NW Highway 19 in Crystal River, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for agravated child abuse ($10,000 bond).
Sean Joseph Clifford, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery by a detainee upon a visitor or another detainee ($2,000 bond).
Jeremiah Foley, 34, of Bushnell, FL, was charged with boating under the influence, first offense ($1,000 bond). Mr. Foley was arrested on the bank of the Chassahowitzka River in Citrus County, FL by a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) officer on land patrol. The report stated that Mr. Foley exhibited signs of intoxication, stated to the officer, “You see the beer cans in there; I'm drunk," and he performed poorly on sobriety testing. The report also stated that the officer found 11 empty beer cans and a bottle of blended whiskey that was approximately three-quarters empty, and Foley was the sole occupant of the vessel, and also that Foley refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.
Seth Thomas Beatty, 33, of Inverness, FL, was charged with agravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).
Denise Melissa Smith, 33, of Cape Coral, FL, was charged wih trespassing after warning ($500 bond). The report stated that an employee of the Hampton Inn, located at 1103 N. Suncoast Blvd. in Crystal River, FL, asked Ms. Smith to leave the motel, and she refused, so the Citrus County Sheriff's Office was contacted and a deputy told her to leave the motel and to not return. However, about 45 minutes later, she returned to the motel and the same deputy returned to the motel to find Ms. Smith, sitting in a chair in the lobby reception area, and she was placed under arrest.

Bradley Ryan Spiegal, 18, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). He was arrested during a traffic stop of a black GMC Sierra truck, conducted at N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills, at 10:38 pm, due to the vehicle using a LED light bar on the front, having no functioning taillights, and the tag on the vehicle being assigned to another vehicle. The report stated, that during the traffic stop, Mr. Spiegal was found to be in possession of 0.95 gram of methamphetamine and a bag (drug paraphernalia) that contained methamphetamine residue.
Lucas David Britts, 25, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond) and additionally charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
Alexa Rae Ivanyi, 21, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond).
Lakota Dawn McClintock, 20, and Analee Yovani Jaimes, 18, both of Dunnellon, FL, were each charged with petit theft of less than $100.
Dennis Earl Younce, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for driving under the influence) with his bond set at none.
Dana Ray Doss, Jr., 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residene on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($1,178 bond).
Jeremy Wayne Thomas, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at W. Stonewall Place and W. Grant St. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on felony charges of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and grand theft (no bond).
Shauna Nicole McGaha, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with two counts of illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

Two people were arrested at 7:51 pm during a traffic stop conducted at E. Maryann Ln. and N. Forest Lake Dr. in Hernando, FL, due to a silver Buick vehicle having an inoperable front headlight. Driver Paul Michael Sawka, 54, of Hernando, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, with four previous convictions for the same offense ($4,000 bond). The report stated that Mr. Sawka admitted that methamphetamine found in the center console belonged to him. Passenger Charles A. Randall, 55, of Hernando, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). According to a report, deputies found a cylinder that contained methamphetamine on Mr. Randall's person, and under his seat, deputies found a black bag that contained a metal spoon, used syringe and glass smoking pipe
Jeramee Ryan Coder, 35, of Hernando, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for three counts of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: (1) possession of drug paraphernalia, (2) giving a false name to a law enforcement officer and (3) driving while license suspended, a second or subsequent offense ($15,000 bond).
Collin Ryder O'Neill, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).
Edwin Hurley Enigma, 46, of Steinhatchee, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (probation for a Florida Wildlife Code violation) with his bond set at none. He was transported from the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Jared Clayton Baldwin, 29, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).
Anthony Nino Cusimano, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with child abuse (no bond). After hearing the accounts of several witnesses, the victim, and Mr. Cusimano, a deputy determined that Mr. Cusimano and the victim, a juvenile under the age of 18, were involved in an argument, during which they got into a struggle for possession of a cell phone. Mr. Cusimano is accused of placing the victim in a choke hold during the incident, and the victim is accused of swinging a table leg at Mr. Cusimano, but not striking him, in an effort to keep him away. The report stated that the vicitm had no visable injuries other than a scratch to his chest the victim said was caused by a cat.
Cassie Lyn Everett, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Jennifer Lynn Mennella, 37, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at the intersection of N. Western Dr. and E. Knollwood Ln. in Hernando, FL, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($6,500 bond). She was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Nicholas Henry Edmonds, 27, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at a residence in the 4000 block of N. Forest Lake Dr. in Hernando, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, trafficking in methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Shauna Mariah Carpenter, 21, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation.
Faith Marie Bergman, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). A deputy was dispatched to the area of Paw Paw Court South and Linder Drive in Homosassa, due to the report of a suspicious person. A deputy arrived at the location to find a man and a woman, sitting in a yard next to the wood line, picking berries. The report stated that the woman got up and walked away and placed a black handbag beside a bush. Inside the purse, the deputy found a plastic container that contained two crystal-like pieces of methamphetamine and a used syringe. Ms. Bergman told the deputy that the purse did not belong to her, that she'd found in it the woods, the report stated.
Robert Hugo Carl Thomas, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with felony battery (committing battery with a previous battery conviction) with his bond set at none.
Carlos Javier Garcia, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Sumter County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of cannabis extract and possession of oxycodone) with his bond set at $1,000.
Harmon Constantine Stevenson, III, 42, of Floral City, FL, was charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and introduction of contraband (drugs or narcotics) into a detention facility ($5,000 bond).
Felishia Noelle Kunselman, 26, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).

Brenden Lee Smith, 25, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for felony battery (committing battery with a previous battery conviction) with his bond set at none.
Cody Ryan Wayman, 21, of Inverness, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000; driving while license suspended as an habitual traffic offender, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated ($11,000 bond). According to the arrest report, a deputy on patrol on N. Croft Ave., approaching the Shell gas station at 2901 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, heard a man scream, "Hey cops," and the man then ran from the gas station to the deputy's patrol vehicle and reported that his 2002 silver Cadillac had just been stolen by Cody Wayman, along with his cell phone and tools that were inside the vehicle. The stolen vehicle was soon located by another deputy as it was traveling north on N. Florida Ave. just south of E. Norvell Bryant Hwy., stopped in traffic, and the deputy walked to the driver's door, but the vehicle took off, with the deputy in pursuit, at speeds up to and exceeding 90 mph, according to the report. The vehicle was soon located in the 6000 block of N. Shorewood Dr. in Hernando, FL, where Mr. Wayman was taken into custody and admitted he'd stolen the vehicle, according to the report, which also stated that Wayman's license had been suspended for a second time on March 5, 2021, and once previously on Oct. 21, 2020.
Timothy Marvin Neeld, 56, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon ($10,000 bond).
Larry Raye Scott, Jr., 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer without violence ($2,000 bond).
Michael Joseph King, 42, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support ($570 cash purge bond).
Richard Jesse Moralis, Jr., 46, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).
Rory Gill Mock, Jr., 31, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on two warrants for violation of felony probation.
Dylan Christopher Soluna, 26, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with property damage ($2,000 bond).
Dawn Rose Grout, 56, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for possession of methamphetamine). She was transported from the Levy County Detention Facility in Bronson, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, with her bond set at none.
Trisha Michelle Atkins, 40, of Dunnellon, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division on a Marion County, FL warrant for two count of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: one charge was driving under the influence ($2,000 bond) and the other was possession of a new or legend drug without a prescription ($1,000 bond).

Tara Lynn Murawski, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with trespassing after warning. The report stated, that on June 6, 2021, she'd been trespassed from the Circle K convenience store and gas station, located at 6300 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River. The deputy found her sitting outside the store, sipping on a drink she'd purchased inside the store. An employee told the deputy that Ms. Murawski had refused to leave the property when she was asked to leave.
A 17 year-old Orlando youth was charged with two counts of felony criminal mischief related to two incidents that occurred while he was an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL. ($10,000 bond). The incidents were captured on surveillance video. In a holding cell at 10:08 pm, Aug. 17, he's shown breaking the automatic modular fire extinguisher, which resulted in a "massive flood," according to the arrest report. The second incident occurred at 7:53 pm, Aug. 19, in which the youth is accused of using his food tray to break the automatic mocular fire extinguisher in his cell, "which resulted in a massive flood throughout the entire bay," the report stated.
Pamela Olga Storms, 46, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with felony petit theft ($2,000 bond)). Ms. Storms is accused of exiting the Winn-Dixie grocery store in Crystal River with a shopping cart full of groceries, valued at $212.45, she'd not paid for. The report stated that a store employee and another customer ran out of the other exit, in an apparent attempt to stop her, but Ms. Storms continued walking away, then abandoned the shopping cart in the parking lot and fled on foot. A woman matching Ms. Storms' description was located near the parking lot of the Burger King restaurant. The report stated that the incident was captured on the store's video surveillance, and because she been convicted of two previous thefts, on June 17, 2019 and April 20, 2021, Ms. Storms was charged with felony petit theft. Due to the arrest, she was also charged with violation of her felony probation (probation for failure to register as a sex offender) with her bond set at none.
David Brandon Cates, 36, of Orlando, FL, was charged with driving while license revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond). During a traffic stop conducted due to a stop sign violation at W. Thumper Dr. and N. Deltona Blvd. in Citrus Springs, FL, the deputy learned that Mr. Cates' driver's license had been revoked on July 30, 2020, after five suspensions during 2013- 2020.
Troy Glenn Draughn, 55, of Floral City, FL, was charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).
Gary Stephen Mills, 57, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended with previous convictions for the same offense, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond). The arrest was made during a traffic stop conducted at the intersection of S. Rock Crusher Rd. and Homosasssa Trail in Homosasssa, due to the tag of a black Ford F150 truck being expired and assigned to a homemade trailer. The report stated that the driver's license of the driver, Mr. Mills, had last been suspended in 2014, and had previously been suspended in 2012, 2011 and 2008. During the traffic stop, Mr. Mills was found to be in possession of 1.14 grams of methamphetamine, found inside a silver container (drug paraphernalia).
Frank Vincent Hoffmeister, 46, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on two pickup orders (no bond).
James Robert Bennis, 43, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at a residence in the 5000 block of N. Bedstrow Blvd. in Beverly Hills, FL, on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges, one for petit theft, first offense (no bond) and the other for petit theft with a previous theft conviction (no bond).
Samantha Jane Eileen Best, 28, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested in the 4000 block of S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, FL, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for resisting an officer without violence and driving under the influence) with her bond set at none.
